I asked where to get my fishing license and the young man cheerfully gave me precise instructions. Once I arrived at customer service I was greeted warmly and in less than 5 minutes I had my license. I chose 1 year but you can choose from a good variety of options up to three years! 5 star experience... While I walked about I was asked by a floor monitor if they could assist me with anything... I asked T question and they responded kindly good people in the store. I got some Iowa beef sticks... they also had good variety of jerky... that meaty juicy type not dried. I asked AI what are the top 5 most popular lures that work best in Utah and the store had all of them. I took them, a great Nike T shirt and my beefsteak at the cashiers near the entrance, paid and bid good day. I'd shop this place again.

(I had several questions) 10 minutes in golf department. Same story. 20 minutes in BBQ and the two guys there seemed more worried about the display looking great than offering help. I've always loved Scheels but I am very disappointed with the current lake of service or lack of. I hope things improve! (I only spent $250)

She then suggested an insert to Provide support and resulted in complete relief from the rubbing and pinching experienced when trying on various boots.Aimee then proceeded to recommend a boots explaining the different design details between the companies. It was an awesome experience by an exceptionally knowledgeable employee who was truly interested in getting you the right fitting shoe.

I shopped for hiking boots, and the employee I interacted with in the boot section was friendly and helpful, everything I enjoy about retail interactions. In the clothing section, I was perusing a shirt table and an employee, unprompted, told me about a special they were having and advised me of various styles and sizes. The two people I interacted with at checkout were also stellar -- engaging and personable, smiling and in a good mood. I'm awful about getting names -- I will strive to do a better job, but the four employees I interacted with today were all employees you can be proud of, people customers are happy to engage with. My girls did as requested and walked over to me. I found it extremely rude and unprofessional that the only interaction we had with any one of service was someone scolding my daughters for holding balls that I said I would buy them ‍.
