Even before I talk about the color I want to lift up that a) they use tech really well (I'm on Zoom calls from one end of the day to the other so picking up the phone and calling someone is super difficult for me most days). They responded to my inquiry through Yelp immediately, forwarded my request on to their stylists, and I had an appointment set up within a half hour max. Ended up with Stephanie and she was wonderful! While she was putting the color in I noticed she didn't apply any protective gel or vaseline ahead of time to protect my skin from the dye. I just figured, "Well, I'm not going to see anyone today, if I'm walking around with a dye headband, it's fine." Well, she didn't NEED to put anything on my skin to protect it because she's that good at what she does! The color came out great -- very natural and healthy looking, and really shiny. And not one drop of dye anywhere except for on the roots where it belonged. On top of all this, Stephanie was super nice, as was everyone who worked there. Loved the ambience, too -- the music was sort of 70s classic rock as was the decor. I'm hoping to be out in this area again in the coming year, and definitely plan to go back to them! Taylor was so friendly and kind and got back to me right away with some questions about what I was looking for. I'm so sick of the store!!! I have to find somewhere else to get my photos done. More often than…read morenot they've lost my photo projects, they never have the photos done within the hour it says online. Most recently they told me that they stuck magnets and photos in the same envelope together and sent me on my way, I knew that wasn't true but I was in a hurry and didgot home of course the magnets weren't in there. Today I was told because my order was so large it got pushed to the back so they're doing everyone else's order first so even though I placed my order this morning and it's now 3:30 PM I have to wait another hour because they're so busy they need to help everyone else first. Talk about shit customer service and shit procedures. Someone needs to call weights and measures. Not only that they waste my time and gas today but the web sight says 1 hour photo and this isn't the 1st time my photos took days not hours to complete.
