Came here for a Sunday wedding from 5:30 to 11:00pm. Spectacular view of Manhattan! Beautiful space that accommodated four hundred guests without feeling cramped. Professional waitstaffs did A great job! No doubt if you can afford it, this would be a perfect venue for a wedding!

My company's Christmas party was here and everything from the staff to the food was impeccable! The food was all amazing, in a neat and aesthetic display. I had to man the door for a little to let my group in and check IDs and the staff brought down appetizers for us to eat so we didn't miss any! Terrific customer service with unbeatable views. They have the space to host large events if you book the whole venue. As people got out of the elevator they were greeted with drinks immediately and walked into two different food stations as well as waiters walking around with unique appetizers. Definitely recommend the space for a corporate event or wedding party. The staff will take care of you and make sure you have nothing to worry about at your event. Coat check had no issues which is something people can be weary about. They processed the rush at the end pretty fast.

Came here for a company party. The drinks and food was mediocre, but the view was beautiful! Great dessert options. If you're hosting a party, you should definitely book this place.

360 is cheaper than rooftop since at the rooftop you can have an outdoor wedding and you go inside the top floor to the reception area.

I'm very sensitive to salt and am known for undersalting my own cooking, so I rarely think food is under-seasoned. But it genuinely felt like no salt was used in the kitchen here. We came for my birthday, and my partner only selected "birthday" on the reservation because the reservation app specifically asked whether we were celebrating an occasion. We were not requesting a birthday dessert or any special treatment. Then, when we arrived, our server asked if we were celebrating anything, and we simply answered, "Yes." A little later, the server brought out a scoop of ice cream that we never ordered, requested, or even hinted that we wanted. To our surprise, we were then charged $12 for it. At no point did anyone mention that the dessert was an item we would be paying for. Had we known it wasn't complimentary, we never would have indicated it was my birthday on the reservation or answered the server's question. We didn't even eat the ice cream because we hadn't wanted dessert in the first place. Rather than make a scene, we paid the charge, but it left a very negative impression. It's frustrating to be billed for something you never ordered, especially when the only reason your birthday was mentioned at all was because the reservation app and the server asked. A birthday shouldn't result in an unexpected charge for an unsolicited dessert.

She was warm during our initial tour, but once the contract was signed, communication became inconsistent and every conversation felt combative and unnecessarily rude. From the beginning, our timeline was a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM open bar, using the Triplex until 11:00 PM and the Speakeasy from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM, which we'd rented for an additional $2,500. It was the timeline we developed with 632's own preferred caterer, and everything else, including catering, music, late-night food, and vendor schedules, was built around it. Then, less than a month before the wedding, Karen said she had decided she wasn't okay with eight hours of bar service anymore. Nothing had changed except her mind. We were suddenly forced to either cut cocktails during cocktail hour or shorten our after-party, despite already paying for both. We tried to find a compromise. Every suggestion was shut down. In the end, we spent thousands more booking a separate after-party venue, while also eating the cost of vendors like our DJ and photographer, whose hours had already been scheduled and paid for based on the original timeline. By the end of it all, we were so mentally drained that we didn't even do our rehearsal at the venue because we couldn't deal with another interaction. Then it took seven weeks and multiple follow-up emails just to get our security deposit back. If you value being treated with respect during one of the most important events of your life, look elsewhere. The venue is gorgeous. The owner is not someone you want to deal with.

The owner of this venue made our wedding planning experience an absolute nightmare. These are just…read morea few of the many issues we dealt with throughout the process. Just 26 days before our wedding, after 11 months of planning around a 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM open bar, Karen (the owner/operator) told us she was no longer okay with the timeline she'd known about from the very beginning. There wasn't a licensing issue or a staffing issue. She simply decided that eight hours of bar service was "too much." We suddenly had to choose between serving cocktails during cocktail hour or having drinks at our after-party, even though we'd already paid $2,500 for the Speakeasy specifically for that purpose. We even offered to cancel the Speakeasy and either receive a refund or apply the $2,500 toward our bar package. Instead of having a reasonable conversation, Karen threatened to get her lawyers involved. From there, we were left scrambling to find another after-party venue less than a month before the wedding, while still paying for vendors like our DJ and photographer whose schedules had already been built around the original timeline. There was no way to recover those costs. One last-minute decision ended up costing us thousands of dollars. Another moment that perfectly sums up what it was like working with Karen happened the night before our wedding. We had requested Bud Light be added to our beverage package a full year earlier, and it had already been approved, invoiced, and paid for. Then, while we were at our rehearsal dinner, Karen emailed saying she had misquoted the price and that we now owed $200 immediately instead of the $45 we'd already paid, or the beer would be returned. It wasn't about the $200. It was the timing. Who creates a last-minute issue the night before someone's wedding over something that had been settled weeks earlier? And frankly, $200 for two cases of Bud Light is ridiculous. The building is beautiful. But if we had the chance to do it all over again, we'd choose a different venue without hesitation.

Since it was right next to where I was leaving my friends, I decided to see if I could get a seat at the bar without a reservation. I checked in with the host and she said they had room. So no rezzie needed that night when solo. The bar area is very dark and intimate. I only had time for one drink and decided on the one above. It was nicely balanced. I'm a whisky girl, especially rye, so I enjoyed sipping on this. A nice stop on the way to diner. I was here years ago, but that experience is a little hazy. Glad I was able to revisit. REVIEW #4002
