I've been here a few times for various events. The space is quite large and has incredible views! The food and drinks have always been good. Service is attentive and thorough. Sometimes the elevator in the lobby can be a confusing situation - there's more than one elevator, but there's like two lobbies? But generally there is someone to help out downstairs if you get confused. read more

Came here for a work event and the place has some amazing views , wow . I was surprised to see how big the event space was , there were over 200 of us for sure . I really enjoyed the small bites they had , cute little lobster rolls , tiny burritos , mini ceviches , crunchy spring rolls and the list goes on- all so so good and creative presentation ! I attended two events here within two weeks and they will make the location look like it's your organizations build with decorations and Your organizations logo all over. Came here for a Sunday wedding from 5:30 to 11:00pm. Spectacular view of Manhattan! Beautiful space that accommodated four hundred guests without feeling cramped. Professional waitstaffs did A great job! No doubt if you can afford it, this would be a perfect venue for a wedding! read more

My company's Christmas party was here and everything from the staff to the food was impeccable! The food was all amazing, in a neat and aesthetic display. I had to man the door for a little to let my group in and check IDs and the staff brought down appetizers for us to eat so we didn't miss any! Terrific customer service with unbeatable views. They have the space to host large events if you book the whole venue. As people got out of the elevator they were greeted with drinks immediately and walked into two different food stations as well as waiters walking around with unique appetizers. Definitely recommend the space for a corporate event or wedding party. The staff will take care of you and make sure you have nothing to worry about at your event. Coat check had no issues which is something people can be weary about. They processed the rush at the end pretty fast. read more

I was looking to use this venue for a large celebration and I was very excited based on the photos I saw online. When I went to actually get a tour of the space, there was garbage on the floor, the space was being renovated, and the woman showing me around was completely rude and dismissive. I was potentially going to spend 80,000 to have an event here and I'm being treated like this? I think not. I told them I was no longer interested in using the space and then the woman writes an email to me asking why I wanted to go to contract if I was just going to back out. Ummm....maybe because she's rude, the place sucks, and is not worth the hype. read more

Came for a reunion event and it was nice. The views are good. The service and food were both fine. There were multiple bas set up, which was great and they had passed appetizers along with a sit down buffet style dinner. The appetizers were definitely better than the dinner, but that's the same at every one function like this I have ever been to. Okay, so I'm a bit late in writing this review (a month late), but I 'll share my thoughts now. At first I thought why bother since so many of the reviews captured probably everything I want to say hence that was my excuse. But the fact that even today I keep telling myriads of people what a wonderful time we had, the beautiful views, the delicious food, the attentive wait staff at a wedding we weren't even giving but just attending at Tribeca 360, reinforces why it's necessary for me to comment. I have to believe that there wasn't one guest there that didn't have one of the best evenings of their life. I'm certain that the wedding party and families of the bride and groom will remember the evening forever. Oh Tribeca 360! Once a 1920's printing press building and now a catering hall. The place is extremely spacious and exquisite. The staff is so efficient and professional which contributes to the grandeur of this place. You see an amazing view of NYC and you feel like a movie star in this building. Another plus was that I found parking right in front! The drinks were very good at the bar. The bartenders were fast and made the drinks with love. The only downfall of this place was my dinner. The line was extremely long because the staff was kind of slow serving the food at the buffet. However, they had a bunch of options of food. From steak, ham, mac & cheese, pastas and more. I think part of the problem was we took too long to get our food. When I sat down and ate my food it wasnt warm. It was more on the cold side. When you go for an event run to the line to make sure you're food is warm. The desserts were absolutely amazing. They had milk & cookies, lemon sherbet, creme brulee, dulce de leche, chocolate cake, red velvet cupcakes, and more. They walked around and served it to everyone which was nice. The dance floor was nice and the lighting in the place was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean and the attendant was nice. The chairs and booths around the place were well up kept. They had coat check for their guests which came in handy. Would I recommend this place for an event? Yes, but i would just rush in line to get your plate to make sure your dinner is hot! read more

Just attended a wedding which was as good as one could be . First, the views are incredible . As native New Yorker 's my wife and I were still in awe. The cocktail food was wonderful from the sushi , Chinese or Italian options to the pass arounds - all were great. If you work for a company that is willing to book a trendy venue like Three Sixty for holiday parties, then consider yourself lucky. The catering venue is spacious with high ceilings with 360 degree views of the lower Manhattan and New Jersey skylines. As for the catered food (not sure if it was provided by 360), the appetizers were very good. I could have eaten the lamb chops and sushi all night long. The open bar drinks gave me a buzz (probably b/c the drinks weren't watered down). The main entrees weren't the greatest (tasted bland) but generously served. The negative was the DJ who appeared to be an amateur and needed more practice mixing (as well as scratching). If next year's company holiday party is at 360 again with the same caterers, then I'll be there again for the cocktail and appetizer hour... read more

Came here for a wedding reception. There wasn't much decoration however I was told the funds were put towards food which was great overall. The appetizer selection ranged from sushi, dim sum to butterflied shrimp, burgers and lobster mac n cheese. Needless to say the food was great and the food kept on coming. The main course had the choice of short ribs, chilean sea bass or a vegetarian dish. The venue easily accommodated 300 guests and could easily accommodate 100+ more. read more

This is a very good event venue - we've been using it for our company holiday party for 2 years running now. The space itself is huge and can easily accommodate upwards of 200 people. As the name implies, it winds around the full floor so you can get 360 degree views of the surrounding hood, and the different areas are cleverly themed: bars, hors d'oeuvre, games (Casino Royale themed night), sit-down dining, dance floor. Tribeca 360 is a first-rate event venue located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. We went there for a nonprofit fundraising gala and found the space to be large and spacious with gorgeous views of the New York City skyline. The food was excellent -- especially the sea bass, which was the most tender and juicy we've had in quite a while. The waitstaff were very responsive and professional. Would recommend for large corporate functions or parties. Public transportation suggested. read more

This review is long overdue (My wedding was on a Fall 2012). If there was a title, it would say, Three Sixty Degrees Saves Our Day. My original venue, Bridgewaters run by the Glazer group notified me Wednesday evening before my wedding (Sunday) that they could not have it due to Hurricane Sandy. I understand things happen but from the time of Sandy to near my wedding date, the Glazer group insisted it would happen. Did I have misplaced faith or what. With only 3 1/2 days left, my now wife remembered 360 when we were deciding venue spaces 6 month ago. We rechecked and it was still available. We immediate set up an appointment the following day Sure enough, it was and we re-met with Donna that Thursday to re-answered our questions on space (It was six months ago so I did not remember what we could do based on what our current plans were). We decided that it was originally our second choice, let's not waste time so we told Donna we would take the place. The price was set and we immediate went to deciding the food as time was short. To save time, Donna looked at our original menu and tried really hard to match similar tastes to our original menu. We were also worried what choices we had since it was such a short time period but Donna stated 2 days was enough time to get most if not all of food to choose form. One wrinkle, being that half of our guests were asian, 360 did not have any asian food option other than premium stuff which would have cost extra and beyond our budget. As we were ready to settle for non-asian fod, Donna felt bad and gave us sushi and dim sum stations for free. We told her she did not have to do that but she felt really bad with the Sandy/Bridgewater situation and said that was ok. Tragic events turned positive. Donna also allow us to make two payments one that day and one the following day as I needed to shift funds around for my checking account. We worked with Robert on the space using our existings table list that evening as I dropped off the first check. Friday I dropped off our wedding items for set up on Sunday and dropped off the second check. We called our vendors (flowers, photographers, DJ) to work with Robert on the space to coordinate. At the time of our wedding, Robert did everything to accomodate us and our guests. I spoke to our guests after the wedding and they loved it. They commented that the food was excellent, and stated (paraphrasing), you would have never thought there was a problem with the wedding other than the change in venue. The servers were very attentitive to all of my guest needs. A few things, if you like the space and the price is right, I highly recommend this space to you. If you can't afford it, don't take it. Just because you love a place does not mean you need to break the bank. You want to start your new life with your spouse right and not run into financial difficulty and arguments after you get married. But if you got the money, you will not be disappointed with the food and service. Note: 360 is the floor below Tribeca Rooftop which is in a separate entrance so you don't have to worry about the confusion the two venue spaces. Both venues are run by the same company. 360 is cheaper than rooftop since at the rooftop you can have an outdoor wedding and you go inside the top floor to the reception area. But the space in 360 is so much bigger that you don't have to transition the space from ceremony, cocktails and reception like some other places. In 360, You just move around the building floor and get wonderful views from ceremony, to cocktail and then dinner. read more

I came here for a work event and of course the views are amazing. I can see how the space is attractive since you can creative any type of atmosphere you desire. The one thing I found really annoying and distracting was that the chairs creaked anytime anyone slightly moved.
