What a beautiful space in the heart of Chelsea! I wish I would have taken more photos as I see I am the first to review this location, so I'll try to break it down.
I attended a Bulleit Bourbon event on Monday as part of the Tribeca Film Fest. Greeting team was dressed to the nines and welcomed us with a friendly greeting as we were checkin in from the guest list.
In the ante room with a photo backdrop branded for the event, the friendly coat check team offered us complimentary water bottles, and we were escorted into the main salon, a 3000 square foot room with buffed concrete floors, vaulted ceilings with skylights, and lots of room to mingle. This event had a theme of 3D printing, so the main bar on the west side of the room was completely constructed from 3D printed materials! There were comfortable,
Buttery soft vinyl couches around the room, and a DJ booth along the north wall.
The back room was about 1000 square feet and very narrow - this room had a ROBOT BARTENDER specially brought in for this event (see photos). The room itself is a more intimate room suited for one focal point.
Restrooms were clean and well stocked, and maintained by a pair of friendly matrons.
I'm not sure if the space employs their own servers but the team serving this event was polished, well groomed, friendly, and knowledgeable of all food items - kudos for choosing amazing team members!
The food itself was copious and tasty - mini Serrano and manchego paninis (I ate 13 of them) 1-bite cheeseburgers, jalapeño hush puppies (addictive), sweet potato croquettes with avocado mousse, glazed shrimp, and salmon on toast points.
Bulleit put on a fabulous event at this location, and it seems well suited to be shaped to any type of event that would require 200 attendees. Check this place out if you are looking to host something - they have a great team and wonderful space! read more
