    Tricon STILL HAS NOT BEEN BY PROPERTY TO INSPECT DAMAGE & REPAIR.

    I don't want to give any stars. I'm beyond appalled at the lack of service. I have owned my home for 22 years, the home next to me became a rental years ago and now is allegedly managed by Tricon. I've made numerous calls & submitted multiple request, even received a call back from a manager months ago: she assured me an inspector would be sent out. This all stems from hurricane damage from last year!!! Their tree caused thousands of dollars in electrical work for ME. I PAID OUT of pocket for THEIR UNMAINTAINED TRESS, DAMAGE TO ME CAUSED BY THEIR UNMAINTAINED TREES & ALL THE DEBRIS CLEAN UP. I can't install a replacement fence because they STILL have stumps in the way. I'm not paying any more of THEIR EXPENSES! I submitted receipts showing where and what I paid for. They are collecting $3k monthly yet not spending a penny on managing and maintaining the home & lot. I've been told 4 times an inspector will be sent out. Still NOTHING! Their dog has been found in my yard twice, thankfully my dog is friendly and didn't attack. I am not one to ever write BAD reviews, but this has me furious. Me & my neighbors take pride in our home & community. This said home still has plywood up on windows, backyard that appears to be a junkyard, inoperative cars parked in backyard. Sadly I have to see it all since the fence is half down. I want full reimbursement for Tricon expenses & I want Tricon to inspect, repair & trim ALL trees on property!     My statement with the $288 bullshit charge!

    This company steals your money!!! They charged me erroneously and admitted it was erroneous but I have to wait for another department to reverse the charge. So now I have an extra charge of $288 and when you pay rent you can only pay the full amount. So during December I'm forced to pay an extra $288 if not my rent will be late. No one could help when I called. The only response is that I have to wait for the credit but if I don't pay by the 5th I'll have to pay a late fee. Crooks!!!!

    Possibly the WORST Management Company available. They charge a maintenance fee of $150 for weekly pool service and DO NOT respond nor provide ANY resolution for a pool that has looked green and filled with ALGAE for the last 2 months. Breach of Contract and multiple laws being broken.

Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

I needed a realtor that could work with me from afar and outsource any necessary updates, repairs, inspections etc. I chose to work with Stephanie Cleason from Duncan Duo Team because their office was just down the street and I figured at some point their close proximity might come in handy. Which ultimately proved true when my electronic lock failed one day and I needed them to let me in. My house was in pretty good shape and but my title situation was not. Stephanie was able to coordinate minor repairs with local contractors and also get me in touch with an affordable lawyer to help settle my title issues. Overall my experience with the Duncan Duo was great and I'd be happy to recommend them to others.
