But he came through so many times with texting support on weekends when I was trying to watch a football game on DirecTV. Or if was something to do with the high-end car stereo he'd installed, he'd say, "bring it in around 10am when we're a little slower and we'll check it out right away." Alan has stood behind every product or service he's ever sold me. We all know how rare that kind of integrity is in our world. His shop may not look "glamorous" for those used to shopping in Apple stores, but he's not selling image. He's selling and installing the best car stereos on the market. Brands and systems that are almost always better than what Toyota, Lexus, or Mercedes Benz installed in your brand-new car. That said, they had an excellent selection of comfort-based shoes in a spacious store. Mens and womens both. Quite similar to the Walking Co. and Well Heeled Comfort stores, they carry Ecco, Born, Clarks, Earth, and so on. The difference here is they have a little area in the back for Capezio brand clothes and dance shoes - sweet! They had ballet slippers, some jazz shoes, and even some of the dance heels. They didn't have any Dancesneakers though, unfortunately. They also had leotards and such (maybe only junior sizes, I didn't look too closely because I just use the Dancesneakers and yoga clothes for my stuff...) Anyway, good store if you're looking for some comfort-based shoes or Capezios.

On the morning of May 25th, I received pricing from Arthur for a OEM screen replacement for an…read moreiPhone 7. I confirmed it was a OEM screen being used for the replacement. 30 minutes after making the appointment, Arthur sends me a message indicating that they currently only had high quality aftermarket screens available. The price would be the same as the OEM screen. He also mentioned that if I was not happy with the screen, they would swap it out with a OEM screen when they got more parts. I said that would be fine as long as the lifetime warranty was honored. He agreed that they would honor the warranty. The tech, Chris, arrived at 4:30 pm to replace the screen. Arthur sent a message on the 26th asking how the repair went. I mentioned it went smoothly. On May 30th I sent a message to Arthur indicating that there was backlight bleeding in 2 spots and the touchscreen was not always responsive ever since the screen was replaced (even when the screen was broken, the screen still had it's normal responsiveness). Arthur immediately messaged back indicating he was sorry to hear and that he would schedule a OEM screen swap. Two days later, Friday June 1st, he mentioned the installation tech would contact me on Monday. On June 7th, the tech, Chris, messaged to arrange a time to change the screen. 3:30 pm the screen was replaced with a OEM screen. On June 18th, I sent a message to Arthur that ever since the OEM screen replacement, the internal speaker has not worked. Everytime the phone is used it has to be used with the external speaker. The touchscreen was also still lacking responsiveness. NO REPLY On July 6th, I sent another message to Arthur to see if he received my message from June 18th. NO REPLY On July 12th, I used the iPhone Rescuers website chat. I informed them of my issue. The chat operator could not assist me but gave me a phone to call. On July 12th 2:30 pm I called the number provided and informed the person of my issue. He said he would get back to me. NO REPLY SINCE THEN. It is now July 25th. Still working with an unresponsive screen, and external speaker use only, iPhone 7 (that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the screen repair).
