Front office staff is extremely rude. Very unprofessional and makes you feel like you are bothering them by just walking into the place. Will never go back to get Botox fr here!!! They water it down so much that the areas that goldsmith treated was not even paralyze. That was 1.5 weeks out. I went to this location a few months after having my 1st baby in search for a weightloss package I had called before goin in and they had quoted me a price for what I was looking for. I made an appointment and went in thinking it was perfect once I arrived everything was goin great and once I sat down and spoke to the doc in the back he said it would be over $800 for what I wanted ...when I said that was too much and I told him I had called before coming he said that was impossible and I must of been a crazy person to think I was goin to Get any type of weightloss package at that quoted price so it was basically false advertising and a waste of time and I had to leave my child for nothing ...I will never go back to these places they made me like I was some fat disgusting person when I had just had a baby! Don't go in for your medical marijuana card. I called asking questions about the medical marijuana card, staff wasn't very knowledgeable on it and they made me feel like I was bothering them and not very friendly. Haven't even walked in the door and don't plan to in the future.They're probably better at Weight Loss. read more

Staff is very rude and condescending, told nurse I'd been sick all week with cough and sore throat and he just said,"agh u don't sound or look sick to me!" Glad u can evaluate my sickness based on looks. Also the wait time is horrible, usually have to wait a hour or more in waiting room to see the doctor. This place is also extremely paranoid about drug abuse, told me I need to take a drug test for my mild anti-depressant I'm on and amphetamine salts. I find it insulting that my own doctor doesn't trust me with non narcotic medications! Sorry to say it but Dr Goldsmith and his team are quacks. I shouldn't need to take a drug test because you have a history of over prescribing narcotics, so unprofessional. read more

Dr hoffman is really nice and patient but I'm sorry to say, most people working there are absolutely incompetent.

We were really disappointed in this place. First visit because of a referral from a doctor. We were kept waiting for over an hour while we watched a vendor with no appointment get right in. We finally got into a room to wait for the Doctor (another 10 -15 minutes), but it was so cold we had to get our sweaters. When the Dr. finally came, he was very friendly but we were charged more than TWICE what our other Doctor charged. We will have to find another place. read more

Be careful with dr. Taylor he performed a laser treatment and did not delivered what he promise, I had a really bad reaction and he wants me to continue with the treatments even with the reactions my skin is having, all he cares is about collecting more and more money since you need to pay everything in advance, that should have been a red flag but I trusted him since I thought he was a dermatologist but he is only a chiropractor performing cosmetic procedures. read more

Dr's Goldsmith and Hoffman have been my doctors for several years, now. They've shown a lot of caring for me, over the years. I have come here for general medical, as well as for weight loss, at one time. Concerned about my entire health picture, they often take it upon themselves to do checks/double checks to make sure that I am getting the latest and best in medical treatments. Though they are serious and professional when I need their help, they also maintain a sense of humor that keeps me from being scared. The office staff has also been there a long time, and are very friendly. They always remember me. I think that it's great that this practice is diversified, as far as the general health concerns most of us face at one time or another. Many years ago, I had a GP that was OK-enough, but did not seem to be up on the latest protocols and treatment options. So, I appreciate Drs Goldsmith and Hoffman's efforts to keep abreast of these things, very much. It doesn't matter if I'm coming in with an acute ear ache or a more general concern, they always seem to know what to do. read more

I have been a patient at trim care since October 2015, I travel 32 miles once a week for check up and regular care. Adam Puckett is my P.A, his energy and explicit attention to my health is truly a great testament to his profession. Travis has been so very helpful as my nutritionist. He too has a wonderful way if encouraging and inspiring me to live a healthier life. I'm so ver grateful for all of the staff at trim care as they from the first day welcomed not only me but my wife daughter and grandchildren! It is an informal atmosphere,friendly and up beet. I have been a patient at this office for over a year now. Mostly for the weight loss program. I was initially on the program 1 year ago after being referred by one of my co workers. I stopped the program before I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds because I lost weight in areas that I did not want to lose weight in, which are my bootay and legs ;). I was then told "Where ever there is fat, it is going to burn duh! So I took myself off of the program in an attempt to gain my curves back and I gained 10 extra pounds! Big mistake. I should have been doing the proper exercises that target my curvy areas like squats and what not. Anyways, I got back on the program because it works awesome. I have so far lost 10 pounds within one month without much working out. It is recommended that you work out, so that you will see better, and quicker results. They also give you recipes to help with a better diet. The Dr. is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. The office staff are very kind, and polite. I do see a few bad reviews about the office, and how they offer so many different services like weight loss, allergy shots, B12 injections.... Keep in mind Dr. Goldsmith is a MD Primary Care physician as well. I personally think that it is pretty cool that this office is like a "one stop shop" type of deal. Also, the office is pretty laid back. I don't see anything wrong with that. The back of the office does kind of resemble a storage area. Maybe Dr. Goldsmith should invest in some bigger space or remodel lol. Other than than that (which is not a problem in my opinion) I would recommend this office. The weight loss program works if you do it correctly. Make sure you ask lots of questions so that you understand what you are doing. All my ladies who want to keep your curves, SQUAT IT OUT because the fat burns so fast. :) read more
