What I loved most is how customizable the facial experience is you get to choose your music, aromatherapy, and even whether you want a quiet, relaxing appointment or a chatty one with your esthetician. Dermaplaning is included and done professionally with a surgical scalpel, which made me feel very safe and confident, especially since it was my first time. My bestie chose bergamot and I chose lavender, and the aromatherapy alone was already so soothing. Our esthetician, Marisa, was absolutely amazing gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and so attentive. She constantly checked in about pressure and temperature, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. From cleansing and steam, to extractions, aloe mask massage, gua sha lymphatic drainage, warm towels, antioxidant and growth factor serums, lip balm, and sunscreen every step felt luxurious and deeply relaxing. For Galentine's, they even added cooling under-eye masks at no extra cost, which felt like an energy drink for the eyes and helped with puffiness.
