I contacted B&T Custom Draperies after a different company made drapes for the oversized sliding…read moredoor window in my living room and left me with a terrible set of curtains that looked similar to a ballroom dress. Too much material stacked on too many rings on the curtain rod (see 2nd and 3rd picture). The seam on one of the sheers came apart and when I contacted the company that made them I never heard back. That entire project cost me $4,500 and took approximately 6 months until fully completed- however, not to my satisfaction. B & T Custom Draperies came to the rescue! They were reliable, punctual, responsive, and kept me informed about the status of my project at all times. Just within a few weeks they made stunning drapes for me out of a beautiful material I chose from their wide selection (see first picture). They even fixed the sheer with the lose seam at no additional cost. I wish I had found this company sooner. It would have saved me so much frustration and money. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for classy, high quality window decoration and outstanding customer service.
