Rarely do I enjoy such expert advice and service at various businesses, but I am sending a huge…read moreshout out and recommendation for this store. Simple need: I have six recessed lightbulbs from a 9-year old kitchen remodel, and four of them were not working. Googled 'Lightbulbs' and Siri guided me to this place from my home in La Verne. Kind of confusing to find the entrance to 'Lightbulbs', but found a door and realized it's all one giant place. I questioned a very pleasant guy on a ladder about 'where do I go for lightbulbs?', and he immediately stepped down and accompanied me over to where he found the perfect replacement bulbs which were an absolute match, but a much lighter (weight wise) version. Info on the original LED bulb was barely readable, but he found what turned out to be perfect replacements. Upon arrival home, I replaced the non-working bulbs with the new ones which are an absolute match in brightness and look. Amazingly, the final bill was only $23.98 (including tax), which is just under $6 for each bulb. According to the box, these LED lights could last up to 22 years. I hope I'm around to see that when I'm 91 years old! Wait: There's more! This place is filled with every type and style of high-end lighting, so if you're in the mood to re-do any room or entry-way lighting, check out what they have. But again, I was so impressed with the expertise of the associate. I didn't catch his name, but his initials may be RM. On my receipt it lists the 'Writer' as RM.

From the very beginning, Steve was extremely responsive. He replied to my text right away and quickly stopped by to take a look at the work we needed done. After purchasing a new electric vehicle, we needed a home charger installed as well as an upgrade to our outdoor electrical panel to accommodate the additional electrical demands. Steve arrived as scheduled and worked extremely hard alongside his team until the entire job was completed. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Another huge plus was the pricing. Steve was very reasonably priced and even beat the estimates we received from other electricians. It is refreshing to find someone who is responsive, reliable, hardworking, and fairly priced. We are extremely pleased with the work Steve and his team completed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

I spent over $1500 and the work he did had to be redone because it was not up to code. I searched his name and HE IS NOT A Licensed Electrician. Well known for his extremely affordable recessed lights...$60/can including installation. Hired him in Oct 2020 to install 30 recessed lights throughout the house including my garage. Dec 2020 hoping to put up our Christmas lights, we found that our exterior outlet wasnt working. Called my Home Warranty and after two weeks of troubleshooting, they finally concluded that a neutral wire has been cut somewhere. Took another two weeks to find where the cut was. And then Home Warranty denied our claim, as they should. Hired a licensed electrican to get a second opinion, same conclusion. The cut was caused by the drill used by Nathan Levi when he ran the wires above the garage ceiling. The exterior outlet is tied to the wiring in the garage. Called Nathan and gave him an option to return and fix or I can send the bill...no response even after 3 weeks. The total cost to fix something that Nathan Levi caused was $85 for Home Warranty deductible and $370 for hiring another licensed electrician for fixing the problem. Sent Nathan the bill, he declined to reimburse me. I had to take time off from work just so I ca ln coordinate with other contractors (home insurance). Here's more. Nathan replaced the switch in our chandelier with a dimmable switch. Before he left, I told him that the dimmable switch was unusually hot. He said it was normal, I insisted that it wasnt. I asked him to disconnect the dimmable switch before he left, just to be safe. I did some research and came to find out that the total wattage of my chandelier was way above the rating of the dimmable switch. The total wattage of my chandelier bulbs were 720, the dimmable switch was 600. Could have been a fire hazard, yes?
