Five stars for the great food and five stars for providing a safe environment in these uncertain times. First of all the food, I had a quesadilla which came with a generous portion of out of the world beans and rice. The meat portion was generous and the handmade tortilla held up well. Secondly the environment. They maintain a limit of 4 customers in the store and one person per an order. Trina's also had hand sanitizer available so I felt extremely safe in the restaurant. Building made me skeptical but im here for the good food they say they have at Trinis. Cons: old stale chips. Pros: Bacon Wrapped Shrimp! Lets start with that! Huge plate. No cans all homemade taste from refried beans to rice and the bacon shrimp is big! Homemade handmade tortillas! 1st time here... i loved it. I have had tacos for take out here before but today I decided to stay and have something different. I got the shrimp fajita dinner oh my gosh best I have ever had in my entire life. Solid little food place to catch a bite of Mexican goodness. I had 2 enchiladas with a tamale, and my husband had tacos (beef and pork). They both came with a heaping serving of beans and rice. Firstly, they have a pretty unique table salsa. First smokey, then tomato, then cilantro, then the heat. I'm kind of a sissy when it comes to hot stuff but this was pretty addictive. For someone that likes hot, you won't be phased at all. It's really good stuff. The enchiladas and tamale were all chicken. I had a red and a green enchilada. Both were good and I had been craving a tamale for awhile, so that totally hit the spot! We frequent Doñitas in Umatilla and Tacos Xavi near Walmart and we prefer their tacos to the ones we tried here. They were not bad, bit just a flavor we didn't care for. The hot sauces were both very good and the staff very friendly. Don't be sketched out by the look, or lack of ratings for Trina's. We'll be back to try more items from their menu. Mexican coke was refreshing. Chips ok. Salsa a bit watery. I ordered 3 Taco meal with rice and beans . Asked for pinto beans And got refried beans. Tacos were good but only came with one tortilla Vs the normal two. I actually prefered this style. Cut down on the extra carbs. All and all I am visiting next time at 11 am when everything is made fresh . I came at 245 pm, the end of the lunch special. I really wanted to give this place a 5-star because of the Super Delicious authentic mexican tacos we had on 4/4/18, but the outside of the building smelled funky like if people walk their dogs and never pick up after them. Don't let that stop you though from ordering their food because I was very impressed with how tasteful it was-from hand made tortilla tacos to their salsa and we also had a carne asada burrito that was equally great. read more

This place looks wack from the outside and the food did not meet simple standards they had the nerve to give me bottled room temperature water and the food they gave us smelled off and tasted off and if that wasn't bad the food is over priced which at some of the food here dose not taste like 15 dollar meal. read more
