At that point, it's not even about the money, it's the principle. I made my decision based on the information your staff gave me, and then it completely changed when I got there. So now: * My cat Tilly was stressed in a crate for over an hour for no reason * My time was wasted * Your front desk staff had to deal with a frustrated client (I know it's not entirely their fault they are doing their best and are very kind) * Your clinic lost a customer entirely All over a single dose of medication that could have easily been honored. I've taken Ruger to several vet visits over the years, and today was the first time I've ever heard him cry during a blood draw. If getting blood drawn hurts when someone is digging around trying to find a vein on a person, what makes anyone think it doesn't hurt a dog? Watching the needle being moved around while trying to find a vein was hard to watch, and it honestly made me question the technique that was being used. Worst of all, there wasn't even an apology or any comfort given to my dog from her part. The veterinarian, Jenny Ponce Hernandez, also didn't introduce herself when she walked in. I actually had to ask who she was. She didn't come across as confident, and that didn't give me much reassurance while my dog was being treated. She also recommended that I spay my German Shepherd before her first heat cycle. I understand vets can have different opinions, but every other veterinarian I've spoken with has recommended waiting until after her first heat so she can fully develop. That recommendation, along with the rest of my experience, just didn't leave me feeling confident. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I came in expecting a simple, routine visit, but I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable with the care my dog received.

She would not eat, she was vomiting everything up, and breathing raspy. I rushed her into the office apologizing about not having an appointment but that my little girl was very sick, they took no time to waste and brought her back and did an exam on her. They kept her throughout the day to watch over her and provide IV fluid while I was at work. The same night she started showing improving signs. This morning (Friday) she is about 85% better! She's going in today so they can give her 1 more round of IV and so they can keep an eye on her. I know by tomorrow she will be 95%-100% due to their attentiveness and care!!
