Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment. Due to COVID, I had to wait outside in my car while it was raining and complete the check in. Unfortunately, no instructions were given on how to use the laptop. I figured it out but and an elderly or computer illiterate person would have difficulty navigating the screens. I was not called back in to wait once the lobby emptied. Since it was my first visit Dr. Hines performed my teeth cleaning and explained good oral hygiene practices to reinforce the importance to prevent having to have more dental work done.
