I am currently feeling scammed and mislead by this establishment…read more I came for two services that amounted to around $2,200: Mouth guard and fitting: $867 Botox for TMJ - procedure: $650; Botox supply: $600; a total of $1,250. After receiving treatment I moved to Austin. This presented limitations to receive solutions for their poor quality of service and products. The mouth guard process was absolutely excruciating in timeliness and pain. The tech (who clearly had no idea what she was doing) administered a total of 7 failed molds. After the final and "successful" mold my mouth was raw and bleeding from the clumsy and ill-trained worker. When I got the mouth guard, it barely fit and broke within a month. $867 dollars down the drain. When I signed the "treatment plan" I was led to believe by Munné that the $1,250 charge would account for future procedures for the Botox regarding my TMJ. I asked many different times if future Botox procedures would be included in the price. I asked two different techs and Munné herself and they all said that all future applications would be included in the price until my symptoms were relieved. I was scammed and mislead by this establishment and even with asking clear and concise questions, I was not given succinct facts to lead me to make the correct decision on a treatment plan that would suit me fiscally, pragmatically, and medically. Such a shame. At least I will know not to come back to this money hungry sales professional, I mean "DDS". I just got off phone the receptionist. On the call he was trying to coerce me to come in for another appointment to flush more money down the toilet. Get a grip and do better. Look at the pictures I've attached to prove the toxic work and environment that Munné promotes in her establishment. How terrifying.

The second year, I noticed when they changed who treated patients, it went a downhill. They had to replace a metallic filling I had because it was cracking and I had a cavity in the molar near it. When they did the filling, there was a gap left between my molars which has become a nuisance. I have to make sure that I floss every single time I eat and it's really annoying. I went back to them and they did add more filling so it kind got better but it's still an issue. I now had a follow up with my previous dentist, who I had seen for more than 20 years before I went to Garden Oaks, and he didn't understand why they didn't fix it properly when I asked them to. It was, in his opinions, a badly done filling. So, now I may have to get fixed in the future if it keeps bothering me. Also, the front desk is always short and rude with people. Don't even try to get them on the phone as it's either a good experience or a rude experience. It's why I actually stopped going to see them:

Also, they try to discredit people in reviews by claiming they aren't a patient there, but rest assured, I most certainly am. Please any patients here, check your EOB thoroughly because my attorney has found other victims as well.
