Everyone here is so nice. My schedule changes all the time, but they always work with me to reschedule an appointment. I've only waited more than a few minutes once or twice. The office is clean and I feel like I'm getting great care. The only thing I would change is, no one wears name tags, and they never introduce themselves when they come in to the room (the dentists do, but none of the hygienists/assistants). Went in to have two extractions done in preparation for a bridge. Lower side teeth. Dental surgeon was great, answer question and worked quickly. But then they had me out the door in less than 5 minutes after he pulled his hands out of my mouth. No instructions on aftercare, no rest for a minute, just take the money and get out. Girl in the front was rude and seemed to be bothered by having to work there. They could use some patient care training. I used this same location 10 years ago. Was a great experience. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place tried to scam me for 470 dollars. I needed a root canal and crown for my front tooth. The "all porcelain" crown they "recommended" for my front tooth was 820. Seemed a bit overpriced since I have insurance and the most expensive crown on my insurance plan cost 350 which is a porcelain/ceramic. When my wife called the insurance company all of the prices for everything was right except for the crown. As a matter of fact every procedure has a code and the code for the crown they gave me didnt not even exist in in the insurance company system. When we asked the assistant shawndra at the front desk she got very aggressive and stated I was so much in pain I didnt understand what she was telling me. She said the crown was 820 because it's all porcelain crown for your front tooth. I told her I understood but my issue was I dont have a price on my insurance for this specific crown. I asked for the ceramic/porcelain and she immediately responded they dont offer that only the 100 porcelain. later i googled and found out that there is no such thing as a 100 percent porcelain tooth. I canceled my appointment and went to another dentist. The new dentist I went to gave me correct pricing. The pricing they gave me was all correct. This place makes codes and prices up. If you go here PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRICES AND MAKE SURE ITS THE SAME PRICING YOUR INSURANCE GIVES YOU. Because they might try to scam you. Go to Element Dental. I have tried to call this business during business hours to schedule appointments and they seem to always turn their phone off early. It is currently friday and supposedly they close at 2:00 on friday and I tried calling them at 1:30 leaving plenty of time for them to schedule my appointment and once again I cannot get a hold of them. It automatically forwards me to a message where you can press 0 and it sends you to their answering service. The link to their website doesn't work and there is no way to email or message them. I used to go to Humble Dental because we had an HMO and they take HMOs. I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I am with the facility and everyone who works there. I had veneers put on (which cost $1500 after insurance) and had problem after problem with them because the dentist didn't measure my bite correctly. It was a disaster for years; I had food get under the veneers because he had to file them down so much due to his mistake. They only offered to pay 10% for new veneers to fix their mistake, after just having them put on! I finally got new insurance and went to a proper dentist who put beautiful crowns on and now I have no issues. They also wanted to charge me three times as much as a dental surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. They were going to use local anesthesia only and wanted three times the amount! I paid a $900 down payment for my wisdom tooth removal and then decided to go to the surgeon and it took months to get my refund. I talked to their financial office who said I should have it right away....I had to call there almost daily. To get everything resolved took a threat to call the Better Business Bureau. They are a rip off and are horrible dentists!! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR TEETH!! Please do not put yourself through the headache and give these people money. read more

Horrible experience!! The dentist was very rough and rude. I received a deep cleaning and could feel everything. I was jumping in pain and he told me to just let him finish because he was almost done. I informed him that I've never experienced that type of pain n treatment and his reply was that I must have never had a good cleaning.
