    Couldn't have been better service. Went smooth and all were very polite. Will be back for my heart scan and annually after that.

I went in to get an X-ray and the technician was friendly, helpful, and a Veteran. The quality of care seemed good and he was very empathetic to the pain I was experiencing. When the X-ray results were sent to my doctor's office the results were ready to understand. Being an informed patient I wanted a copy of the images so my doctor told me to contact Medizen to obtain them directly. I called and that's where the lack of service began. It took over 4 minutes to answer my call and I was told to come in, show my ID and they'd burn a CD for me. Instead of possibly obtaining my information first to begin the process they just brushed me off. I went in to get the CD ordered and instead of allowing me to explain why I was there, I was told to sign in. I offered that I wasn't there for imagine, but for records pull and was brushed off again and told to sign in by the heavy set Hispanic front desk assistant. The second lady that helped me was kind and efficient, but hung into my Driver's License after verifying my ID. I didn't get it back until my CD of images was ready. Overall, this could have been a 4 or 5 start experience had the first lady attended to me properly instead of brushing me off. A simple show of appreciation would have avoided this negative review. It isn't about having to sign it, it is about providing good customer service from start to finish. I get that you want to track your service count, but finish we're people too and not just a number.

The front desk was very nice and fast since it was only me. The tech came out to call me in right away. The tech here was ok but she did not like people talking, just fyi. You should call to follow up on results.

    Making appointment is not an easy process. When I called the phone number listed for this facility,…read morethe voice recording states that I cannot make appt on the phone and must sign on to their website. So I noticed that on the doctors order there is a QR code that I can scan to make appt. If my 86 year old dad had to make his own appt I know for sure that he'll be lost and will most likely find another place to go to get his X-ray. As I sat in the waiting room, I learned that two other patients had difficulty making appt as well. Even the receptionist agreed that the appt making process is bad. The appt process needs to be more user friendly, especially for senior patients. Once in the office, the receptionist did not acknowledge us standing in line and asked us to sign in as she was talking to another patient about their dogs. After five minutes, another patient in the waiting room notified us instead. When the sign-in clipboard was passed back to the line the patient behind us grabbed it first and signed in before us. When I notified that inconsiderate patient, she started yelling at me rudely. Although the receptionist was aware of the situation she did not help us who was there first. We have appt at 12:50 (we came at 12:35) and was finally seen at 1:13. I will not use this facility again!!!

When we encountered challenges along the way, Michelle reached out to see how she could help me and my family get through it. They communicated with us really well and assisted us with every step of the way They have such an amazing team and provided great communication with my family Other places took months to get us in, they were able to schedule my son's sleep study within days. Michelle even checked up on my son's upcoming surgery. The service did not just end after the sleep study- they went above and beyond their duty Thank you guys so much!     The review was for a while ago in 2021, But had a friend run into the same issue at that same…read morelocation. So I was told about this Night-owl device, and was not told I needed to download an app. The app would not install on my device. The antivirus I was using said it was a risk to install the app. After I voiced my concerns about this to the doctor on how to fix this issue, the answer I got back was to contact the manufacturer. Also said, "He did not have time to talk to each person about this item, or he would get nothing done." Also, this device had a 7-day time frame to get this done. So I contacted the night owl. Also noted that the device showed up broken but did not notice it until later. The doctor said he does have an at-home sleep study that is an all-in-one unit you use and return. But that was for Medicare, but could have used it with my PPO. Guessing, the doctor saw my PPO and went with this night-owl device with no support from the Office or from their corporate office overseas in Belgium again, only having 7 DAYS to fix it. The only reason I called that number was in Belgium. Their live chat was offline all hours and my submission for help with fixing the issue went unanswered. Email I received later, and I quoted: "I further note that I have requested the deletion of my phone number and not to be contacted over the phone again. This is a valid request under EU and Belgian privacy laws, no matter where you have obtained my number from, nor your personal jurisdiction." Phone number was listed on 4 websites but at least got the ball rolling. In the end, nothing was fixed. So now I am charged 55 dollars for no support from the doctor's office or the manufacturer on how to fix this issue. I had a dispute with charge with my insurance. I went to another sleep study center and let me use the all-in-one unit, not this device that requires a ton of permission to use on a personal device. Background on me, I have been part of, since 2020, 23 data breaches from all businesses, including insurance, medical offices, you name it, so I am picky about who gets metadata, especially something as personal as cellphone data. Would recommend this office If you have PPO health insurance, stay away from this location.
