This place is a most different business. My grandson got a small ding on the front of his. My daughter in law went there to get an estimate to fix it. The man took one look at it said I'll fix it no charge. I took the car there this morning and in about 20 minutes it was done. It's not perfect but it looks fine. We paid them with cookies. If I could give 10 + stars I would. I had what I thought was a minor "boo boo" to a spoiler, and ended up being quoted $1200 which didn't include the repair to the dent. Since I planned on selling the vehicle in a few weeks, I asked if there was anything else that could be done to reduce the cost. Brian from Trinity Paint & Body told me to come back the next day, and he'd see what he could do. I am so glad I did. Brian had me in and out in 25 minutes and told me to have a nice day. I've never had someone at a body shop be so rude to me when it came to being worried about the price of a repair. I understand that it can be expensive without insurance, and labor is a huge factor. But 4500 is a little out of my price range. When I called back to inquire about the price, maybe using cheaper parts, fixing only what needed to be fixed so I would be able to drive, etc. The man I was talking to, Bo I believe, told me "well by the way you're talking about how much it costs then just come pick it up". I can't believe that all I had to do was call and ask a few questions to be spoken to that way. I'm currently having the car towed again to another body shop that was very understanding and polite over the phone. Was recommended to Trinity by Sergeants Tow. I took my 2017 Honda Civic to get fixed here. Someone hit me in the parking lot at my job. The door and the quarter panel were damaged. I wasn't sure who to take it to and I saw the reviews for Trinity on Facebook initially. So I decided to take it in. The people who work here are fantastic at what they do. Friendly service. I am so happy I was able to put my car in their capable hands. They worked really well with the insurance company and got my car done in a week. My car looks brand new again! A deer ran into my car. I asked a neighborhood website for recommendations and this was one of three. Bo (the owner) would not give me a quote until the insurance quote came in. Once that was in, my deductible was high. I asked him to fix only what was needed due to being a single female and time of year (headlight and fender). When I picked up vehicle and took it home I noticed he bent the fender to get it to fit against the bumper and the bottom of the bumper is a 1/8" away from the wheel well. Paint was chipped where they removed the fender at the window pillar and the clip around the wheel well was on the outside with nothing holding it in place. I also had some metal clanging sound that wasn't address that he was informed of at the first visit. Then I reviewed the quote which was given to me after the check was written (I say this because he said I was given a quote and approved it) and he had charged me $500 in paint. I ask what he had painted and he stated the door. I informed him there was nothing wrong with the door, I have pictures and 3 witnesses to the damage. He asked me to bring car back and he will see what he can do. Well needless to say, the car doesn't have the metal clanging sound anymore, and the bend in the new fender was knocked out but chipped paint remains and wheel well remains without a clip on the outside instead of the inside. Bo would not reimburse me any funds. He charged over $500 for a door and paint that wasn't damaged. The only thing I can say about the good comments is, it's like Russian roulette in there, use caution!!! read more
