I test drove about 15 5series I would say and I always found something wrong with them. So I called Pee Wee up and Mr.Morgan answered the phone and told me that he still have the car in the lot. My initial thought was "ok the car looks good in car gurus, just like all of them but then when you see them in person, they never put their imperfections on the pictures just to get people to go down" so I didn't really have my hopes up. But I took the time driving down from ft.worth to Weatherford to see this car. When I came in Mr.Morgan greeted me; he was so nice, so friendly and you can tell he's happy to be there! Didn't treat me any differently, versus all the other dealers does. They looked at me like this young girl probably don't have any money nor credits to buy a car. And not one second I feel any judgment from Mr.Morgan. We test drove the car and he asked me if I need the invoice for it; for taxes and fees and all that. And I told him; I'll be in contact with him. He said ok. So I told my husband about the car; it's actually very very clean, you can tell that the previous owner took care of the car and this is the cleanest car I have seen in 100miles radius. Called Mr.Morgan and told him my husband would like to test drive it, went back on Saturday and took the car home. Here is what I like about this dealership; they never once being pushy about me buying the car. They are very honest people, very accommodating and just make everything soooo easy and effortless process. They let me take the car home on Saturday and was ok w waiting for the bank to finish the financing till Monday! And they forgot to fill my gas, and Mr.Morgan was more than happy to send me the check and paid for my gas! Definitely will go back to them next time I need a car. Although my initial experience with my sales rep, Gustavo Rodriguez along with sales manager, Kevin Vickers was positive they both failed to disclose multiple defects on the car prior to delivery. Mr. Vickers sent me a text with a single photo saying 'this is the ONLY imperfection I saw on the vehicle'. After delivery of my vehicle I inspected it and immediately noticed a few other defects any experienced salesman & sales manager should have seen and disclosed. The car i purchase was advertised as having 3-years complimentary Lexus Enform. It was in writing on SouthWest Nissan's site under dealer comments and again under car features. When I asked about how to begin service I was told that language was copied from Lexus' site and does not apply to the sale from SouthWest Nissan. Deceiving? Dishonest? False advertising.?.? Bad business. After the sale was completed I shared my experience(s), both positive and negative with the General Manager, David El-Attrache (copied Gustavo Rodriguez & Kevin Vickers) via email and never heard a response from anyone. Just bought a SUV from Southwestern Nissan dealership and the brakes needed replacement, took it in…read moreat 10:15 and didn't leave until 4:15. That was supposed to take 2 hours ended up being 6 hours.... If I have knowled about how long it was going to take before then I would have brought my other car or made arrangements for me to come back home until the repair was done. Spent the whole day waiting to drive my SUV which was definitely a bummer... At least give your customer a rental car if it's going to be more than 2 hours. This was my 2nd time buying a used car for Southwest Nissan Dealership in Weatherford TX, I will think really hard about a next time for sure.

I told them I needed a good reliable truck and that I needed something that could last me all long time and I could afford. Also btw I don't ever use YELP I hate it with a passion but this is worse. I bought the truck with them they seemed like trust worthy people and I used all the money I had to my name to buy it. A couple months after buying it it started making a noise and I thought it was something to do with starter so I got that replaced, $400 later. Needs 2 New batteries . Another $400 Later. Now truck won't start and it was checked by 5 different mechanics in my area. All said engine locked up. Keep in mind I just poured ALL the money I had into the truck so I could use it for my food trailer. Now it has been sitting in the shop and me still having to pay the LOAN and insurance for 1 year for it to sit in shop. And no they can't do anything to help and my full coverage from Geico can't either. Only asking $14,000 to get driving after I just bought the truck. DO NOT TRUST MADRY MOTORPLEX Thanks a lot .

I never have an issue getting an appointment that works with my schedule, the price is always fair, the team is a delight to work with (always friendly), and (if the maintenance is going to take several hours) I've been able to utilize a no charge loaner vehicle. Jerry's really does show they appreciate your business and are well worth the 30 minute drive.

I have had issues with the service department several times over the years. First, after an oil…read morechange, my engine was damaged because the technician did not remove the original filter and my vehicle required a new engine and components. My car was in the shop for over 9 months and although I was given a loaner for that time, they inconvenienced me further several times by having me swap the loaner 3 times because they kept selling the loaner they gave me. Next, I brought my car in for an intermittant tail light issue. My vehicle has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Although I spoke to the warranty company 3 times and they assured me that the component was covered, Jerry's claimed that it wasn't and wanted to charge me almost $300. I purchase the part for $20 and repaired it myself. This last time, they again claimed that due to rodent damage, they would not cover the part. I told them that I did not want the repair. This time they insisted I pay the diagnostic fee. Because of my warranty, I had never been charged this before but they insisted that the diagnostic fee was not included in the warranty. In order to retrieve my car without paying the diagnostic fee, I had to agree to forfeit the free oil changes I received for the blown engine inconvenience and I was banned from returning to Jerry's for service again. They literally put that on the receipt. This does not seem like a good way to do business to me and I don't want to do business with a company like that. Beware, I can only speak on the service center, I have never purhased a vehicle from them.
