Victor Hayes MD is an outstanding surgeon and more than worthy of your trust. He has operated on me…read moremore than once, all with good success. The last operation was an emergency... he responded to me at 6.30 am on New Year's Eve when he was supposed to be going away. He postponed his trip to operate on me, thereby saving me from a wheelchair!!! His approach is no-nonsense... he tells it to you straight with no sugar coating. His skill level as a surgeon is beyond excellent and his care for the patient is second to none. The entire staff at the office are professional, caring and friendly. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

This is my first visit. Going to keep upcoming appt anyway and hopefully will be able to change…read morereview but as of this visit I left there in tears. I was sent there for results of a MRI of the brain, it showed atrophy and microangiopathic disease. I'm having problems with my peripheral vision and depth perception I'm over reaching objects because of my sight (been checked by eye dr and it's not my eyes) I'm also having a boiling sensation within my head. When they were calling me in to room, they came out was calling the wrong name, my husband asked if it was me. She said no then proceeded outside to call this name. Then calls my cell phone. They put the wrong name on chart. I laughed with them over, we are all human and make mistakes but that should've been the warning on appt. He comes in the room and the first thing he asks is why I'm on the insurance that I'm on. Then asks "are you disabled" I told him yes (I've got SLE, fibromyalgia, RA, connective tissue issues and I also have MS symptoms) then he asked about 2 of my meds on why I took them (that didn't bother me) he checked my reflexes on bottom of my feet, had me walk and had me touch my nose. He then asks if I got the film because he didn't have report or film. Um that's why I was there and I watched my primary care office fax EVERYTHING (not films though) over to him. All my other specialist goes through the portals to see the film. If they told me to bring it to appt I would've picked it up but was never told to bring it. I did have the report he looked at it and said "that were I had to MRI done at was easy for him to see film" so I'm thinking he was going to pull it up in computer. He then said he have some homework walks out room and never said I'll see you once I get film, nice meeting you, etc... nothing to let you know he was done with you. I sat in room another 5 minutes until his nurse got me and said that he wants me back in a month or two. He wasn't even in room with me for 5 minutes, no answers (which I wasn't expecting at this time) no plan of action, nothing. I came to this Dr with fear and anxiety not knowing why I'm having these symptoms including some cognitive problems, I left there still feeling fear and anxiety over symptoms but also feeling like I didn't matter. I made this appt almost 3 wks prior why didn't they make sure they had what they needed for my appt. Very unprofessional in my opinion. UPDATE: today they called me wanting me to go online and fill out the same intake forms that I showed up to do yesterday 30 mins early prior to appt. They lost the forms, very unprofessional If I could give zero stars I would
