I didn't always have the privilege of going to the dentist, except once or twice as a kid. I remember coming here, and always having a pleasant experience. My inlay popped out over the weekend, and the tooth became very sensitive. I could hardly eat, and I needed to get it re-cemented. Dr. Penalba is very kind and so is most of the staff. The reason I'm giving this dentist such poor rating is because of a root canal treatment that didn't go so well. This was almost a year ago and I am still dealing with pain. Crown is not comfortable, teeth next to that crown have became sensitive, and my cheek hurts badly at times. Also, when he placed the permanent crown, I let him know that it felt uncomfortable, he said it would adjust, but I guess it never did. This place is great! They take such great care of you and always check up on you to make sure you are doing fine. I went in and got a bleaching done on my teeth and after each round they made sure I was doing ok before they moved onto the next round, even while I had the bleach on they would make sure I wasn't in too much pain. They communicate with you very well and even reviewed my teeth x-rays to visually show me what was good and what was bad and even had a diagram to show me where the nerves were and everything. I actually came here because I was recommended by someone close. The actual dentist is great I won't argue that but their administration is not. They called my insurance and ignored the fact that I had a 6 month waiting period and went on with the procedure. So pretty much my insurance covered nothing. Totally passed my annual limit by like 500 dollars but I guess they said they have no responsibility in letting the customer know that. Said it was my fault for not knowing my benefits. For all I know they can pass it by a 1000 dollars and not have to advise me. Im suppose to know how much each filling cost and estimate it by myself because they just dont have time to do that. Couldn't explain to me correctly my benefits because they had them all wrong. All they had to say is sorry for the inconvience. I regret walking in here worst customer service ever! read more

Great spot to get dental work done! I live about an hour away from this facility but it is definitely worth the trip! I came for a visit because of a lot of pain. I had two wisdom teeth extracted, a filling and a crown done in one day! I must say Stephanie and Dr. P were so informative and they know their stuff. Before I got anything done, Stephanie gave me a quick and simple diagnoses and explained what should be done and why. This helped me understand my situation and made me feel comfortable. You can really tell that they really care about your health and have a lot of pride in what they do. I normally have a tough time going to the dentist but that changed until I came to this facility, which is why I don't mine the drive and plan on going again for more dental work. The staff was great and VERY friendly. After my visit I wasn't really in any pain and ate some pizza right after. I was perfectly fine after all the work that was done.
