The best pancakes I've had. They also have a buffet breakfast decided to just do pancake. I'm glad I did. Delicious. Fluffy and full of flavor.

Very nice hotel restaurant where we had a late night snack, a dinner, and one breakfast. Considering how food prices have skyrocketed, pricing was quite reasonable. Our dinner/breakfast entrees were around $20. We skipped the breakfast buffet as it was $36 and we could not eat that much food. Very attentive service and we loved the food!

This place is so great!! From the food coming out from the clearly talented kitchen staff to the hostess who greets and seats you, to the waiter who takes the orders, everyone and everything was perfect. I agree with other posts that I came in with expectation of "hotel food" and was just totally surprised in the quality of the food and service. Waiters here are hilarious and personable!

Inside a Marriott Hotel near Yonge and Dundas, this is a small place with a modern atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised at their Winterlicious lunch. They offered us their regular menu as well to look at. I liked that they did that so I could learn more about the restaurant and decide if I wanted something from their regular menu. Clam chowder was one of the best I've ever had. They were so generous with clams. Gnocchi was pretty good, too. I liked the squash puree. The poached peach dessert was very fresh and not too sweet. This place is definitely worth trying if you're staying at the hotel or happen to be in the area.

    Beef Bourguignon

I'm disappointed like a kid who wanted soft serve on a hot summer day but have it melt when it was finally my turn ): This was my first Winterlicious of the year and I was let down by the main. The app and dessert were decent. The sweet potato/bacon soup was rich and thick, I quite loved the contrast of sweet/salty in the ingredients and the texture was right on. For the main, I got the beef bourguignon. The high hopes I had for this dish came crashing down.. someone most definitely dumped salt into the stew and I had to keep eating the mash at the bottom to counteract the saltiness of the meat and sauce - which, for some reason, also had a bitter taste at one point. The only thing I really remember about this dish is how thirsty I was afterwards. Perhaps I should've just gone with a simple Focaccia sandwich. The dessert was lovely. Triple cream brie was done just right with spiced pecans that I loved and figs with crunchy crostini. I had a bite of the brownie and it was a bit too haevy for my taste, same with the butter pudding. I'm glad I at least got to end my Winterlicious experience nicely, but I probably won't be back here until the chefs learn to cut the salt.

    Mango creme brulee

After a day of walking around the city we decided to stop here for a drink before heading up to our room. The service was very good, and mojitos were on point. Also tried the mango creme brulee, with mango pieces mixed with the custard, and it was surprisingly delicious, didn't expect that for a hotel restaurant. Def a nice cap to a long day.

This was first on our list, located in the Scotiabank Tower on Adelaide. We got a nice corner table, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, not too loud but not library-like either. The music, mostly UK fare like their cuisine, played an acceptable volume that my friends and I didn't have to raise our voices. We were seated very promptly, and our server took care to attend to my friend's allergy. She even asked to change my friend's cutlery when another server brought the wrong salad. My appetizer was a hot-smoked salmon pâté, which was ok by itself, but eaten with the pickles gave it that taste I wouldn't forget. I chose for my main the Petit Roast Dinner; the cut was excellent, full of flavour and juicy to boot. The gravy for said cut just brought the roast to another level. The sides were delicious as well, especially the crispiness of the potatoes. A clean plate was the end result! Finally to finish the meal, I chose the chocolate banoffee cheesecake - I never pass on any cheesecake when it's offered. And it didn't disappoint! The banana brûlée was an interesting touch, while having toffee sauce drizzled on the cheesecake was a first (and not definitely last) for me! All in all, it was a nice introduction to The Rabbit Hole, and I can't wait to go down there again!

But…read moresince you don't have an ability to give a .5, I actually pushed it forward to a four star. It's located in the Scotiiabank Plaza at King and Bay. Entrance is closest to the Adelaide side of that building. You enter on the ground floor level, but then you have to walk up some stairs to actually get to the restaurant if you see the place with the kegs on the side of the stairs, you're in the right spot! You'll have to go buy those kegs later if you want to use the bathrooms cause that's where they are. Once you get upstairs, it's a quite nice looking pub area ( maybe little bit more higher end than some pubs ). We specifically went there because in December 2025 they had a special where they were doing a beef Wellington every day until it sold out. The price tag was a bit steeper at $60, although I have to say it was pretty good. Do I think it was worth the $60, well? I think the jury still out on that one. The service was very nice. The server came and checked on us periodically, and I did let them know that it was a special birthday for my partner, and so they actually arranged a nice to surprise and brought a special dessert out after the main meal. It was nice to get something sweet to finish the meal (comp'd). The Wellington was very good. It was probably just a little overcooked for me. I prefer mine more like medium rare and it was probably more like medium well done. I might've liked it better if it had not been so well done. However, it was still pretty good and a very nice flavor and it came with mashed potatoes and a really lovely gravy and some nice roasted vegetables. Atmosphere is pretty lively, I would say that there's not a lot of privacy because the tables are very close together. That was kind of a so-so thing in my book, but not a big deal. It is a pub after all. Also, that's what you can expect in those types of establishments. So it was quite enjoyable, it was also my first time there. Not sure I'd run back there although I generally do like O&B restaurants. It's just there are others of theirs that I prefer far more than this one. Close to all the transit steps away from King subway station.

Very helpful and pleasant people. I wanted something small, so opted for their pork tacos. You get 3 small pork tacos for $14.75, which is pretty good in terms of value. They were surprisingly meaty, and tasted decent. They would probably make a good sharing item for the table as they were quite salty. Now, if this were a taqueria, I would not be impressed with the tacos. So if you are expecting "proper" tacos, don't order them. Go to a taqueria, lol. But this is a corporate chain pub in a city, whose main goal is to make a large swathe of people happy. So within this context, I think they did a good job. I would totally be ok to come back and try something else another time. I also had a local hazy IPA which was lovely. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go there again.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 4/5 Food: We had our office holiday dinner here and 15 people attended. We did a set menu which had 3 courses. The first course was Labneh with bread, hummus, & beef tartare. Second course was Lamb pide & pear salad. Third course was grilled branzino, middle eastern fried chicken, black truffle rice, and thrice cooked fries. Then there was dessert which was chocolate mousse cake & baklava. Because of my many food allergies the main server for our table was very attentive & specific in asking me what I wanted as modifications. For example I got a wagyu beef pide instead of the lamb. Every dish was really delicious, presented well & quite filling. I couldn't eat all of the food. Though I tried almost everything. Service: The pacing of the dishes was quite masterful. They really paid attention to when the food was going to come out. As I mentioned above the main server was very attentive to my food allergies. I really appreciated that as some restaurants aren't as attentive. The food was served family style so everyone could take what they wanted from the serving dishes. The dishes were served in little bowls along the tables with each bowl serving about 4 people. We had asked for one long table so it was a little snug. But we made it work. Ambiance: For dinner the lighting of the space is really dim. LOL. I would have appreciated just a little bit more light. The restaurant is in an old building so to use the washroom you had to go down two flights of stairs. The dining area is small also. But it's a pretty space. As mentioned above we asked for one long table to seat 15 people. I was expecting square tables but it was a bunch of small round tables pushed together. So the tables were really crowded with food from all the dishes. But the servers made sure to take empty serving dishes away as soon as possible. The music was a little loud for me so I had to yell to be heard. The place was packed though. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food, the service & atmosphere. The restaurant is close to Roy Thompson Hall & the other theatres nearby so it's a convenient location as well. It's too bad this place is only open for dinner. I would have loved to see how they would operate a lunch time service. In any case, Byblos was amazing. I would come back here again to try other dishes! Note: Some of my pics of the main dishes didn't turn out so it's mostly desserts that are pictures

But after a long day and an even busier evening, I got back to the hotel famished. My brain was incapable of processing decisions and when I saw how busy this corner of the Sheraton was, I decided this was it. I grabbed a seat at the bar, ordered a drink, and listened to a podcast to wind down. It was exactly what I needed. The drink, Nutty Times, was not only delicious but the presentation was exciting too. The bartender was witty, he advised everyone near us at the bar to whip out our phones, because he was about to put on a show. Check out the video I added! After a while, my anxiety from the day began to wear off and it was time to eat. I asked if I was able to take it up to my room as a to-go order and they said that was no-go. Something about the presentation and how you had to be there for it. I don't know about that. I ordered the Atlantic salt cod (fried cod balls) and while they were super good, the presentation left me thinking, "I could have totally eaten this in my giant robe in bed." Regardless, I enjoyed every bite. I did end up getting approval to take my dessert to-go. This made me very happy. It was a chocolate mouse-like thing, shaped like a heart (it was just after Valentine's Day). It came with berries and drizzled with chocolate. Very decadent. This was a very hip spot.
