The goal is to have vendors within 150 miles of Apex. All the vendors were close together, so you don't need to walk far to see what is available. Benches were also available. They have activities for kids as well. If I am in Downtown Apex on another Saturday, I will return again.

Multiple staff members have ignored me while standing around talking to each other, and when I finally asked for help, they seemed annoyed and uninterested. The staff in the greenhouse, in particular, were especially unwelcoming and would not even look up to say hello or ask if I needed assistance, even when I was standing just a few feet away. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone. I would gladly drive twice the distance to visit another nursery in the future.

For a new customer, that can be frustrating. The cashiers are friendly, but with only one or two usually working, asking for assistance sometimes means waiting until they've finished a line of transactions, which shouldn't be necessary in a well-staffed store. A lovely store with great offerings--but the lack of accessible customer service brings the overall experience down a bit unfortunately.
