Didn't try to sell me anything didn't rip me off. ($10 per tire for my Toyota Corolla). Everything was perfect. A lot of Spanish speakers here, but I'm fluent so it helps. In one instance my wife stopped by for an oil change and as they were busy it was going to take a while. My wife said she would wait at the local ice cream place down the road. It had started to rain so Ash after the car was finished hop in, drove to the ice cream shop and helped my wife and kids get into the car! Instead, he came outside to help us and treated us with so much kindness and urgency. Because we don't live in the area, leaving our car overnight would have been extremely difficult for us, and to our surprise, they were able to get the tire fixed right then and there. I was on my way to my daughter's first ear piercing when I got a flat tire, which caused me to miss the appointment with my wife and daughter. When I arrived at the store, I explained that my tire still had air (around 20 PSI) but was slowly losing pressure, so I felt a sense of urgency. I asked the store manager for help, and he told me it would be "just one minute," but I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgment or update. If I hadn't been in a desperate situation, I would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide to switch tire companies moving forward.

One of my old tires still had some tread left so they allowed me to turn in my donut spare tire, and purchase a generic wheel to go with that tire for a full size spare.
