This is my second visit. My first visit was for 4 bite wings and an exam. I was hoping to get a cleaning done as well, but I had to reschedule for that and some cavities/new fillings. The staff is very nice. Claudia had me fill out my forms. When I was taken into the room, the assistant was nice as well. Dr. Koshkerian explained that I needed a deep cleaning and 3 fillings done. I had to wait 3 months to be seen, so that was why I gave 4 stars. Today I was in and the doctor showed me my fillings and how they were worn and needed replacement. I love the modern technology that they have in this office. He had to numb me and he was very gentle. He did the left side and one filling today. I was very pleased with his caring and kindness. I will be back to have the second treatment done in 7 weeks. They do have a waiting list, so I asked to be placed on that. I was intimidated to come here because I have had bad experiences in the past with dentist . When I first called the lady on the phone was so nice and answered all my questions. Then I when in to get a check up after a really long time and the Dentist was so lovely! Made me feel comfortable and safe. The best part is that it is walking distance to my home ! Not very welcoming or helpful when it's your first time in--there was unfortunately a 30+ minute wait but it was towards the end of the day so I can understand that. No clear communication on what they're doing or where to go when. Gloria was lovely but it didn't feel like she actually cleaned my teeth at all? It was very rushed, she didn't polish the tops of my teeth, and she didn't use floss at all which is a first for me. Dr Hosvep was friendly and the short time I spent with him was clear answer guided, I appreciated him. After my cleaning I just sort of wandered over to the desk and was like "is this where I'm supposed to be?" It was fine overall but I'd really like to feel like my trip to the dentist is worth it, and my teeth don't feel any cleaner than when I brush. read more

They don't follow cleaning rules and safety , doctor make me wait 2 hours , he is super bad in explaining about any thing you question.

Worst place ever DO NoT Go Here this people are very shady and a bunch of fraudulent people as they want to charge for services not need it and charge for lab fees or procedures that don't apply at all . My mother have having going to this office not knowing how big of a scam this office is and have try to take advantage of her by over charging her for services not need it even tho she has insurance and is assign to this office as she had explain to me what she was told she need it by Dr Hovsep Koshkerian i immediately call the office to schedule an appointment with the dentist for a review of my mothers treatment to be done Dr examine my mom and discuss to me what he recommended for her shut her was a bridge from #8-10 dr stated he didn't want to do any porcelain to fuse metal bridge he recommended to do all ceramic bridge after discussing treatment I ask to provide with a price proposal for work to be done to know our out of pocket fees to move forward with treatment after that was discuss they had told me her work need it to be pre authorize as I'm very familiar with all the dental terms and with her insurance I told them base on her insurance it doesn't need to be pre authorize but let them do there thang so we ask to be rescheduled for a few weeks after. My mother had received the pre authorization from insurance that they submitted but what they did they submitted for procedures that the dr specifically didn't recommended to do. Call office let them know that they had submitted for wrong procedures and let them know that the procedures that was specifically it's actually a lot less then what they were trying to over charge my mother by putting wrong procedure codes I ask to have dr cal me. Dr call me a few hours later told me that he didn't want to do the pfm bridge as he didn't recommend. And I agree with him and let him know I wanted to do what he originally recommended which was porcelain ceramic bridge and base on my mothers insurance it was cover and her out of pocket would be $225.00 for full procedures and as her front receptionist who her name is Nubia told him was that the insurance doesn't pay much and because he didn't really know how much exactly pays he then change his story and told me he can't do the work and doesn't do porcelain ceramic work and said he wasn't gonna do it and refuse to do her treatment or do any services. I ask dr are you refusing services to my mother!? He then said yes go somewhere else. It's so disturbing to hear such words by a dentist who only seem to try to over charge his patients because insurance doesn't pay them much but decides to want to charge his patients more for services and lie to them that he would need to charge for lab fees and other unexpected procedures to rank the amount to over charge for service not need it and knowing the all service are cover by insurance. This people are seriously a big scam to the network of dents offices I was even told by a few people friends of my mother who no longer go there after knowing that they are over charging for services not need it even tho they have a good insurance as my mother. I'm actually gonna file a claim to my mothers insurance letting them know how big of a scam this office is and letting them know dr refuse services for treatment even tho we were willing to move forward with treatment per drs first recommendations. DO NOT GO HERE AS THE STAFF AND DR WILL WANT SCAM YOU TO GET MORE MONEY BEWARE!!! read more

The first time I've been told by a dentist that I don't have cavities. I feel like Dr. Hovsep is honest. He also didn't freak out because I have gum recession, like other dentists.
