Buyer Beware: Unreliable Promises and Costly Issues I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Triple H RV/Camper Maxx, hoping it will help others considering a travel trailer purchase. Although I fully understood that I was purchasing a used travel trailer, I was assured that the unit had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect working condition, and had no issues. Additionally, I was promised that the trailer would be cleaned, delivered, and set up as agreed, with a comprehensive walkthrough included. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. First, there was a mix-up with the delivery team. I received a call less than two hours before the scheduled delivery time of 12:00 PM, informing me that they would not be able to deliver as planned. This caused significant inconvenience, as we were already three hours into our trip to the destination and had planned to stay in the trailer that night. Although they eventually delivered the trailer around 8:00 PM, the disruption was unexpected and stressful. Problems began almost immediately after delivery. The hot water tank had a severe leak, the freshwater tank filter near the pump was cracked in two places and leaking, and the shower faucet was also leaking. Fortunately, a mobile repair service was able to address these issues on Sunday afternoon. However, during the inspection, the technician discovered that the RV's Carbon Monoxide/Propane Gas Alarm was unplugged--an alarming oversight that posed a serious safety risk, thankfully my wife, daughter and I didn't die in our sleep. After spending $395 on these initial repairs, I noticed another issue: the trailer was not properly leveled, requiring me to arrange for someone with a truck to assist with leveling. Additionally, when I attempted to take a shower, I discovered a substantial crack in the shower tub floor. I am currently coordinating with the mobile repair service to have this addressed and assess any potential water damage, with estimated repair costs around $1,400. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I paid cash and was explicitly told that the trailer was in perfect condition. On top of that, I paid a $795 unit prep fee and a $500 delivery/setup fee, only to find that the work was not completed as promised. I ended up having to redo tasks such as the setup and leveling, resulting in additional expenses. Furthermore, for anyone considering the $500 starter kit, I strongly recommend purchasing the same items at Walmart and saving a few hundred dollars. While the staff, including the owner, are polite and seem helpful, it is clear that they do not honor their promises, and their word does not hold value. I cannot recommend purchasing from Triple H RV/Camper Maxx based on my experience, as the lack of follow-through and accountability has resulted in ongoing stress and financial burden. read more

Dealing with Triple H RV was truly an incredible experience from beginning to end!!! We researched our new RV online and dealt with Guy Boozer over the phone. He was fantastic and so friendly each and every time I called and texted him for information and to answer all of my questions, no matter how many I had.
