Place is awesome, staff there is incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. Other Clients are also super awesome. Not unheard of to make friends with peeps at the range bay next to us. Wife and I Took our conceal carry class here and was very impressed - teachers had abundance of knowledge and experience to share. Bristlecone is much closer to us but we opted to join triple J as members instead despite the extra 15 minutes drive because of what a much more pleasant expertise. Leaving a review today after I had made a special visit to stop in and see inventory, or anything that would catch my eye. I have been buying and going to this store for the past 6 years. Today will be my last. Don't expect seeing anyone you recognize from the time you went in before. This place has a huge turnover rate and constantly with people that aren't knowledgeable on what they are selling. Stood around for 20 minutes to end up being called a kid from a worker. I can very much afford any firearm that I point at and decide to go home with it if I wanted, but that will not be the case from triple j anymore. They did not charge me or multiple freinds a NFA fee for paper work and all of a sudden they charge for it when my dad comes in. They prey on the guys who don't know a lot to make money. It's bullshit stay away from these guys for that and they overcharge on everything. Good luck buying anything with out a 19 percent fee from the folks that work there. I was told once while buying a mag that I should commit crime and not get caught, from the guy who ranger carries upside down. Nice real safe around you. They had everything you'd might need at super reasonable prices, including ammo, hearing protection, protective eyewear, and targets. Went for range time on Tuesday primarily to familiarize my wife with a new sidearm. Well run operation. RSOs generally observant and helpful. Range is well-equipped; getting a lane quick; and checkout equally quick. All in all a cost-effective way to acquire range time and valuable trigger time. They have women's days where range time cost is minimal, and rental is either free or $5. In general, very customer friendly!!! We'll be back as often as ammo priced allow! read more

Called Triple J Armory in Littleton to ensure they had the 1000-round-9mm for sale price offered ... they stated they didn't but informed me the Triple J Armory in Colorado Springs did. I drove 1-hour-plus to get there (one-way) and was told they didn't have it but I could pay for it and it would come in two days later for pickup. I was pretty short with them and left immediately. Called the Triple J in Littleton again and they made good on the 9mm for me to purchase/pickup. I'm giving them a GOOD rating as they did fulfill their sales offer but it cost me a lot of driving and makes me wonder whether they set sale items aside for their better customers/friends (yes I'm speculating). read more

I'm not necessarily angry at anyone, but holy hell was this a frustrating experience. I wanted 2 modlite handhelds. That's what I ordered. I waited 3 weeks, and they gave me the weapon mounted versions, and then refused to re order the correct ones. So I'm stuck with a refund and I have to order them myself. I also got talked down to like I don't know how ordering works. I understand I'm probably younger than most of your customers, but I also work in marketing and understand sku. I highly doubt a company such as modlite shares the same sku number for 2 different models. All I'm saying: it's a reasonable expectation that if someone orders something, they get the product they want. And you shouldn't treat it like its not your issue to help resolve. I've ordered a bunch from yall, and have always been treated with kindness, respect and I've always had a good time! I just feel really let down by this experience, and feel like I wasn't given the time to be heard and get this lights I wanted. read more

I let him know that I did not appreciate his attitude and simply got my ID back and left . Please don't do business with people who do not stand behind what they sell. Over the last three years, I have used Tripple J armory for three FFL purchases and several parts and other items necessary to foster my hobby. I purchased a mid-tier lower receiver from them a couple of weeks ago. Over the next few weeks, I collected parts for this ambi-build and purchased a Houge grip, a Radian Arms safety, and a CMMG ambi-magazine catch from Tripple J Armory. So, in the past month, I've probably spent more than $500.00 bucks with this small local business. While researching to start my build, I discovered that the CMMG ambi-magazine catch I purchased from Tripple J is incompatible with the Silencer CO lower receiver I purchased from them. (The Lower is billet aluminum and is supposed to be Mil-Spec, but some tolerances are tighter than others. BCM Grips are too tight to fit this lower as well). When I discovered the CMMG amb- Mag catch wouldn't fit, I thought I could return the unopened packet for store credit, as I still had my receipt. (I am also a small business owner and understand that most businesses prefer to give an in-store credit rather than a refund, so I was surprised when I learned that Tripple J does not take returns, even on unopened items.) I was dismayed by this as I planned to get the $40.00 credit and use it to buy the $159.00 Radion Arms Charging Handel that was in stock at Triple J. When I discovered they did not stand behind the items they sold me, I told the salesperson that I understood their policy but that I had also spent my last dollar with Triple J, which would have been the end of it. None of you in Internet-land would have ever heard about it. However.... I understand their policy not to take returns or issue store credit, which is their prerogative; mine is to spend my money elsewhere. Hey, this was only $40.00 bucks, and it is a part I can use in a more basic future build, so it is no big deal; it is what your sales associate said to me next that I am writing this review. Rather than say, hey, I'm sorry, that's store policy; he felt the need to insult me when I told him I would not be spending any more money there. The salesperson said, and I quote: "Next time, buy parts that fit." I shit you not. The sales associate actually barfed those words out of his mouth. So, for all of you who share my hobby, know this: Tripple J will not stand behind what they sell. They could have gotten another $110.00 out of me today, but instead, they lost a customer for life and then insulted me on the way out the door. I have only had one experience here. I went to get two guns appraised for potential consignment. It took 56 minutes to appraise the gun (it only took sportsman's and damage factory 10 minutes). The gunsmith had two men/customers and a child in the gunsmith room and let them touch my guns. I won't fault them for the low offer they gave (it is a business after all) the rifle which was new, came back covered in some sort of metallic sand/suit. I then had to go and clean it to get the metallic sand or whatever substance out of the ejection port area and the muzzle/ barrel. The counter staff was very nice and knowledgeable but I would not recommend selling guns here. read more

5 Star review for me. The range was great. Very well ventilated. They were cool about me collecting brass and letting me shoot how I wanted once the RO was comfortable with my skill level. I didn't buy any ammo, but I did take notice of their prices. It seems like they do their best to be competitive and not gouge, which is important to me, as it shows a real commitment to the 2A community. I'll be using their shop soon. We couldn't even make it in 10 steps before there was a younger man not wearing a mask. The signs on door said required but not being enforced by employees, as he was talking to someone behind the counters while walking around. Bought 2 guns and a bench made knife. I called to ask if I could return the knife because it has very bad blade play, they said yes if it's been 30 days and new condition. After driving 45 mins home and another 45 there to return it, they tell me it has to be unopened. How would I know it has blade play If I hadn't opened it? My wife and I took Intro to Pistols , Hand Gun Safety for our CCW and purchased two hand guns. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I just joined this range and I am so excited about finding them. I bought an individual and a "training membership" which was very reasonable. I signed up for the pistol 101 course. I'm not a brand new shooter but still found the class very helpful and informative. Taylor was knowledgeable and went over fundamental skills including safety, proper grip, stance, body mechanics, sight picture and accuracy. Then we moved to the range and practiced all of that along with trigger control and recoil management. As a class we had a lot of fun and learned so much.
