I called the doctor prior to this visit to take sure it was sent. Rescheduled for today. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and saw the writing on the wall. The four people in front of me still hadn't been called back. It seems they are always short staffed. Only 2 techs and a full waiting room. They have no receptionist, so you have to wait for someone to come to the door if you have a problem or need to go to the restroom. I did finally get someone to let me in to use the restroom, and it was a disaster! Overflowing trash with a dirty urine collection hat on top of the trash pile, and a toilet paper dispenser that doesn't work. No way to get paper from it. Keep your sanity and go somewhere else. I will never set foot in there again. Done.

I don't have even the words to articulate how absolutely amazing these people are. They got the…read morereferral from my drs office and I was called literally on my way home from that appt to schedule. They got me in very quickly. They also have appointments after 5 which was great! They told me copay before visit then called me to remind me of my appt the next day. When I first walked in it was so nice seeing a very clean waiting area. I was greeted immediately. I had an MRI that day without contrast, followed by an MRI with contrast on my pelvis and lower back. I went in and told them I was beyond dehydrated and I already have horrific veins as it is. (For reference- anytime I've been inpatient they have to get nurses trained in sono guided venipuncture just to take blood. And even then I get stuck no less than 4 times. I'm not exaggerating. To have an IV set, they have to call in the PICC team to set a midline. Which oftentimes I've had to be stuck 2-3 times for that as well. Which really paints a picture if you know the skill of the PICC team.) I didn't have high hopes, to say the least. They were very quick to take me back. The gentleman who set my IV, even though I could tell he was nervous, remained reassuring to keep me relaxed. He joked with me and made me laugh. Which really helped. He did have to stick me twice, but this was no fault of his own. But... he got my TINY sclerotic vein on ONLY the second try!! Mind you, I am on some medicine that has caused me to have some tremors. So I'm very shakey. They also offered me a blanket if I needed one. Anyone who has had an MRI knows it's not quick, at all. You have to lay completely still for about an hour. I was in extreme pain. I cried the entire time. The team were amazing at reassuring me and just kept saying how sorry they were and just a little longer. I have never had such an amazing experience. I didn't catch the names of the people that day, but I hope you read this and know that I thank you.

Our babies didn't cooperate on the 3D so we were able to walk around, get some candy and then after they still didn't cooperate we were asked to come back the next day and try again! I've used Solis for many years; first in Fort and the last several years in Weatherford. I have…read morealways had wonderful experiences. This last November 2024 was a bit different. I received a call back for a diagnostic mammogram, biopsy and ultrasound. I was treated with kindness, empathy and concern from every single person with whom I had contact. I received a tentative diagnosis but I most certainly had breast cancer. The technician doing the mammogram was kind and professional. The ultrasound tech was wonderful, answering questions and describing what the different areas on the screen represented. The radiologist was the same--professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate with a wonderful and appropriate sense of humor. I had as much fun as is possible in that situation. She gave me the diagnosis and said once the biopsy was read by the pathologist, she would call me as soon as she received the report. I received warm, caring, empathetic hugs by everyone before I left. The next Monday I received a call from the radiologist who explained everything and told me I would be receiving a call from the surgeon's office. They made a horrible situation palatable. I appreciate them so much.

I called this office in Weatherford the first of last week to ask when I would get results. They…read moresaid a paper letter would be sent but they could email me. They did and I saw concerning results, and they requested I call to go back in for additional imaging. I called my PCP to advise and ask for a referral to the provider I had gone to last year because I would never go back to Solis. When I made the appointment with them, they said they would need the imaging from Solis, so I called to ask about signing a release. The lady I spoke to said she would email it to me. It never came. I found the form on the Solis website and printed it off and completed. I took it to them this morning saying I wanted a CD by tomorrow afternoon for my appointment the next day. I received a call from there saying they had sent the images and report to the other provider. I called and confirmed they had received the imaging. They had. Then this afternoon I got a letter from Solis stating my imaging had areas of concern stating they had tried calling me but I had not answered!! They NEVER called me! It would show on my phone and they could have left a voice mail to call back. They NEVER called me. Liars! Do not use this mammography center if you can go elsewhere! They lie and their professionalism is beyond horrid!
