I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I have been coming here for years and it's really gone downhill. I had an appointment to get lab drawn yesterday, and still waited over an hour just to be told that they didn't receive my lab request. I called the doctor prior to this visit to take sure it was sent. Rescheduled for today. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and saw the writing on the wall. The four people in front of me still hadn't been called back. It seems they are always short staffed. Only 2 techs and a full waiting room. They have no receptionist, so you have to wait for someone to come to the door if you have a problem or need to go to the restroom. I did finally get someone to let me in to use the restroom, and it was a disaster! Overflowing trash with a dirty urine collection hat on top of the trash pile, and a toilet paper dispenser that doesn't work. No way to get paper from it. Keep your sanity and go somewhere else. I will never set foot in there again. Done. read more

Only found out when doordash delivered a staff order and we asked. The girl was rude and said I was rude and yelling (I wasn't I'm just loud). Told me she would not help me because I had attitude. Another lady was waiting and heard the whole thing and told the staff girl that she was the one being rude not me. This girl told me to go to Azle or Ft worth that she would not help me. When I asked for supervisor name and number her and another staff member refused the info. Found it anyway and reported. These people have a lot to learn about customer service. I have never had as horrible of an experience anywhere in my life. I got sent to quest to run a stool sample per the clinic that sent me there. Mind you I've been feeling bad for 7 weeks and this was the next step to figuring things out. I went with my sample during my lunch break because I was told I was only dropping it off, no big deal. I went in and the waiting room couldn't have been more depressing. Only seats, no admission window, just a solid steel door. As I was about to ask the other patients how you get in touch with anyone in here the door opened and a nurse popped her head in. She basically looked straight through me and when I mentioned I was here just to drop a sample off she just told me to check in for an appointment and shut the door in my face. Already not off to a good start. This was about 11:50 and my lunch ended at 1:00. I go to see the appointments available and the next one wasn't until 2:10. So I had to unexpectedly call my boss and practically take the rest of the day off. I kill time until my appointment because I had no choice and couldn't exactly bring the sample back Monday. This was a Friday 4/11/25. When I come back for my appointment which I was obviously early for I wasn't seen until nearly 2:30. I went back for maybe 90 seconds. Told them my name, was questioned why I had the amount of sample tubes I had as if I ordered them? Signed my name and was gone. 3 hours of my time for 90 seconds of there's. I was already pretty livid at this point. I go about the rest of my day and I get a call back from the Quest. The same lady I dealt with and gave the samples to tells me after everything that the lab will not accept my sample and told me to "redo it" because the fluid was over the line. It couldn't have been a millimeter or two over the line. Lets step back and think about this. I was shoving stool into a tube this was not exactly precise. I asked if they could not just pour out some of it. To which the lady on the phone claimed she asked the same thing and they said no. So the time I put in at the clinic the day before and time I spent wasting my day for Quest was all for naught. I felt as I and everyone else in there were only numbers and not people. The employees seemed to be only warm bodies with no passion or empathy to be found. I was worried going into this based off the yelp reviews and the 1.5 star rating but I see now that they earned every bit of that and that 1.5 was far too much for this establishment. As one other review read "this place needs to be shut down" and I could not agree more. I'm not the one to complain or leave reviews but I'm sure glad you reached out so I could tell you all this. I sure hope something is done about this place. It needs to be gutted and liquidated for a fresh start. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place to a soul. I hope that the other locations are better than this but I will not be the test subject for that. 0/1000 rating for this. read more

This location weatherford doesn't have any reception. It is only computer checkin and they are slow and behind always. Blood drawing is bad as they don't do a good job to be painless. Recommend other locations. Remember these are franchises so going to more customer friendly sites is better. read more

Emily was patient kind and amazing when dealing with my 21yr old Down Syndrome son. It was his 2nd time getting blood drawn in many years and she knocked it out of the park. 5 vials and no issues. He calmly allowed conversation with her and even gave her our grocery list verbally to set his mind off what was going on. Terrible patient experience. I've never had anyone yank my arm up to tighten an arm band, then forcibly tie it. When I told her it hurt she told me it was supposed to hurt more than the poke. I cant imagine an elderly patient being subjected to this level of excessive and unnecessary force. I will gladly drive 30 minutes into Fort Worth before being subjected to such incompetence again. Oh I didn't know anyone was here yet I had checked in and there was one other guy there waiting who didn't have an appointment. They asked what kind of test I was getting and then abruptly said, we stop doing those at 3pm and basically rushed out the door like she was on fire. Very rude. Ridiculous. read more

Deserves zero stars. The woman who took my blood was rushing and not holding the needle still in my vein. When she took it out she yanked it out at an angle. Instead of a needle puncture it's a little gash where the needle had been. It's very painful and has continued to bleed for 30 minutes now after getting my blood drawn. read more

Unquestionable the WORS customer service of my entire life. They will NEVER answer their phone. Their voice mail is INCAPABLE of understanding the date or one's name. I finally drove in. Waiting room was packed. NOBODY was at the counter nor was an employee to be seen anywhere. They refused to reschedule and appointment, basically telling me to get in a one hour line, all with zero sympathy, professionalism of courtesy. If you come here, expect incompetency. I was referred here by a Dr to get some labs ran. They had lost the info, it was refaxed, said it didn't come, refaxed again, lost again. Also, the digital code they completely ignored that is supposed to have all the info they needed. Separately, the older lady at the front desk this morning is basically a walking example of why some places are afraid to hire older folks. She was rude, basically useless, and complained about the systems most of the time I hear her speak (not even to me, she was griping about the tech to another gentlemen trying to check in. I had blood drawn early this morning and was greeted by a very friendly phlebotomist who was very helpful and I never felt it. There are only usually 2 working so sounds like they're very understaffed. The only drawback is that I could never speak to anyone over the phone or was there anyone at front desk when I went in. read more

They never found my orders the DR did send. I was standing there when he sent them. I had a written order from another dr for partial bloodwork needed so I at least got that done. The other dr has sent again and tried to call them to tell them to get the rest done but could not get an answer over the phone. I tried also. Said to call back later. The lady that did take my bloodwork was nice and didnt hurt me at all so that part was good. I would suggest to have written orders in hand however. read more

They are medical facility and require you to wear a mask okay that's fine but they do not give you a mask if you do not have one. If your vaccinated you probably don't have a surplus of mask laying around anymore or lost the one you were holding onto. It's absolutely absurd that they WONT give you a mask to seek medical assistance. read more

I'd give it a big fat ZERO, but this rating system makes me put at least one star. The Quest lab in Weatherford is the worst lab I have ever been to. I've been a few times and every single time there is someone who has taken time out of their day to make an apt and show up but they're turned away for some reason at no fault of the patient and no apology. Each time the same lady up front pretends she doesn't know what the kiosk check-in is doing, etc. I felt really sad for this elderly man who drove a long way for blood work, and because of their mistake they told him he would have to reschedule and come back another day, still took no responsibility and no apology. Today I made an apt ahead of time and showed up 10 min early all checked in before I got there and made sure just in case that I also checked in on the kiosk. Because the waiting room was full I clicked on the kiosk "wait in the car for a text" and made sure I gave my phone number twice. When 30 min had passed and no text I went inside and asked about where I was in order of being called. Again, the front desk lady acted like she had no idea about the option of being texted outside the waiting room, which I had done a few months ago, so I don't believe that she didn't know about that option. I requested she ask the person who calls patients back, so she went to the back and when she came back to the desk she told me I would need to reschedule. I said, "Oh no, I won't. I'll go somewhere else." Every single time multiple people go thru this. It is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. Do NOT go to this lab! I'll drive all the way to Fort Worth to avoid it if I have to. If you're in a good mood when you get there, you won't be when you leave. You will either witness the abuse of others, or you will be the one experiencing their abuse. They really should be reported. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would, for myself and everyone that walks in for their miserable experiences. I downloaded Yelp to to write this. And we all have busy lives but I will make time for this. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT ESPECIALLY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!! So imagine being 7 months pregnant have a scheduled 7:15 Appointment for 3 hr glucose tolerance test referred by my Fort Worth Dr. Like a fool I asked if I could go somewhere closer since I had another appointment in the afternoon same day in Fort Worth for my 6 yr olds Specialist appointment I've waited months to get in. It was my one day off so I though to spare the drive twice and my Dr. and I agreed on Quest. They're re so incompetent there it's unreal. Every bad review before me is 100% right. Had to stay all day there basically. I wasn't able to leave until 2. So so sick and hungry is how it ended. Being there all those hours I had a chance to hear a lot of ppl complaining and what they were being told. So it's not just me lol. Clearly! Well where to actually begin. My 1st Appt. was at 7:15 before older woman at window even arrived to work. I'm 10 minutes early. Go in and two kiosks greet you instead of older intake lady if you're early like I was or if she's on lunch. They are frustrating to use for most especially the older non tech generation. Well I look back at my phones instructions from a Quest text when I enter and see no one, apparently You can check in on link sent via text to I guess spare you so I did just that had seat noticed a tv screen with my name and appointment time. I get called in by the blonde with no name tag and plain affect of annoyance has to see me. She's acting like she can't find my referral. I have messages in my Texas Health App stating otherwise I tell her. Have it pulled up so she can see. Doesn't care to try and look real hard then finally finds it. How do they not already have that stuff printed out before a patient arrival is beyond me. They need a real secretary in there. So then I'm hit with a bill she could have said my insurance didn't cover. I was confused because at my Dr. Office there would have been no charge their receptionist told me days prior to making this appointment at Quest. Well forgot my debit card at home so had to go back because they wouldn't bill me. I tell her I'll be back. I get back in one hour thinking they can see me shortly after. Nope!! I had to reschedule myself soonest available was now at 10:30 smh. I had to go in and explain to the old woman who what's at window this time the situation. She's not very knowledgeable, none are in that damn bld. Like the other review said how all she does is complain about the kiosks. The kiosk has an area where you can enter your ID and insurance info. So before I knew my insurance wouldn't cover I thought we'll maybe there was a mistake and I can scan my cards in the kiosk because when I did the app there was no instructions for insurance upload. Well when they call someone else I quickly try to talk to the manager and explain the situation but that I have card to pay if insurance truly is not. I said I checked in but it says not til 10:30 meanwhile this was at around 8:am. It's just a glucose test she could have took me back real quick would have been 5 min to make me drink the glucose and draw blood and send me back out to wait. It was a 3hr one so I figured being I've been in healthcare you can make time in between patients as long as the patient is checked in. Nope had to wait she said. How can they be so inconsiderate to a pregnant woman who just had payment issue and was back in an hr. Smh Meanwhile I'm fasting and become more nauseous from not eating during this pregnancy. This is my 3 rd pregnancy, I'm a seasoned mother and she treated me like I was incompetent when it is them who are. Well I did have to wait. I arrive back at 10:02 they had apparently already called me twice lol which is like okay you can't give a patient 5 min or that 10 min grace period. She was now annoyed over that. Seemed like they were going to reschedule me AGAIN!! Or have me as a stand by, By now I was really frustrated. I had to wait until 11:30!!! Meanwhile I'm hearing the old lady refer drug screens elsewhere because they have NO RUNNING WATER!! I heard this about three different times while waiting. I get seen and then now it's interrupted the whole day. on the 2nd blood draw she's pissed at me because I left to the gas station down the road to use the bathroom as most pregnant woman can't wait 3 damn hours w no toilet in operation hence she never had courtesy to tell me before I drank the stupid glucose which is just artificial sugars smh. I wouldn't have stayed and done it there after all being there was already so much damn conflict. She yelled at me that I could bottom out lol it's just artificial sugar and I've ingested it before, I know my body's reaction. No one bottoms out look it up for crying out loud. read more

I've always had good service at this location. The folks are friendly and efficient. I do have to give a credit card to pay any charges not covered by my insurance company but have never actually been charged anything. They are a medical facility and do require masks on guests. It's never been a problem for me since I wear a mask anytime I'm indoors with other people And carry extra disposables just in case... read more

The wait time is the worst I've ever seen. I've been here an hour and ten minutes with my 17 minute wait time on the screen most of the time. The waiting room is full of people who have waited over an hour for a simple urine drug test. Imagine how uncomfortable that is for the people who arrived for that purpose and had to wait over an hour. The nurse just came out after someone knocked on the door and just now told us no one will be here to do a drug screening for another hour. Inexcusable!! read more

I was in Quest yesterday December 2, 2021in Weatherford, Texas at around 10:45am. There were about eight people waiting to get some work done. I noticed the lady calling people back was being rude to people coming out of the treatment lab. She called me back into the treatment room, she was very rough and did not care. She was very rough taking my blood and it hurt. I told her how bad it hurt, but she was too busy trying to get me out of the chair and gone. I also did not appreciate her cussing the way she did. Over the past six months I had bloodwork around twenty times and no one has come close to hurting me like she did! Maybe she had a bad day, but the people being treated might be sick and not having the best of days either. I called your customer service phone line nobody would answer, the message said the phone number had not been hooked up. Had I been able to talk with someone this poor review probably would not have been written! I am going to try Quest one more time and hopefully things will work out ok! read more

Nurse was very rough and I usually never bruise but this time I was left with a bruise that has lasted over two weeks. I am disgusted with the way that the staff handled my family member there today. The phlebotomist was so rude to him, scoffing the entire time because he came in 15 minutes before they closed. She also practically ripped the credit card out of his hand when he went to pay and then dropped it on the counter in front of him. Just pathetic. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They would not answer the phone and when they finally picked up the lady who answered was unnecessarily rude. My drug test has taken over a week and a half to get done, which is ridiculous because the Campbell Clinic takes a maximum of two days to process and send you your results. read more

We arrived at 10:00 AM for simple blood draw. Left at 10:50 since ppl who were waiting before us still had not been seen. Came back at 12:30PM , waited and waited and waited. At 2:15 finally were able to get blood work completed. Actual procedure took less than 5 minutes. They seem to have management problems, there's no one at reception desk when you arrive. We chose this facility to save a trip to our Oncologist in Arlington, then going back to Arlington in 3 days for chemo. I don't expect that we will go back to Quest unless they get more organized. I've made several visits in the past and they did ok. But the last year has been awful. Bye Quest. read more

Wow what a rough experience today. Quest always gets me in and out fast and has great phlebotomists. Today the young blonde phlebotomist (no name tag) stuck me -- the pain was excruciating! I told her and she yanked the needle out gruffly and went to the other arm. She kept asking me if I was OK. I said yes but the first arm is still very painful. She was very gruff and apologized but no explanation for why it would be so painful. An hour later my arm is still aching. I don't know what she did -- hit a nerve? I've never had a blood draw that hurt like that!!! read more
