I ask where could I go and said Mt Julet. But thanks to Andrew Kroger came out and took a crescent wrench and uninstalled it. When I got to the store, they suggested cleaning the port first, which they did for free, and pulled out so much lint I was shocked. I figured I'm a pretty clean dude especially with electronics and I couldn't believe how much lint they pulled out of that tiny iPhone port. When they did that, I figured I had enough left in my repair budget to get the battery replaced, which they had in stock, and they threw in a steep discount for the two services. I'm very happy and will go back there without hesitation.

I was looking for a specific bolt: 7/16 - 20 1" Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, Auto Zone, nor another O'Rilely's was able to help me out. I stopped by this particular O'Rileys simply because it was on the way home. They did not have the bolt I needed, but Austin's knowledge of the available parts on the shelves was able to provide a work around for what I needed. THIS is what customer service is all about.
