Prompt on getting back to me with a price. Asked if they worked on Saturday and would come to your place of business or home and they do. Set up appointment for Saturday. I was contacted via text message the Friday before that my appointment window was 9:00 AM - Noon. The tech. Sergio, arrived around 11:00AM. He was very pleasant and did a great job. I like to use local companies when ever possible. The only down side was that they do not take a check and are cash or charge only. They do charge a processing fee for charge cards weather it is debit or charge. I would recommend this company if you are in need of auto glass. read more

All About Auto Glass replaced the front windshield on our Chrysler Town and Country and did an EXCELLENT job. The price was right, the job was done correctly, and it was finished in a timely manner I would give 5 stars, but the guy was later than he said he would be. It wasn't a big deal and he eventually showed up. But, I just cant bring myself to give 5 stars to someone who didn't show up on time. I was able to call them and get them out the following gate to work on my truck. But recently I call them on Sunday and have them come out on Monday to repair my door and order on the driver side windows that were shot out by a BB gun. Price was awesome and I was happy with the service read more

The customer service started out fine. Normal customer service with options to replace my glass in the car. I was going to go through my insurance company and that was not an issue; however, when they opened up the door and replaced the glass they did diagnostic work but only gave me the diagnostic work after they installed the window! Had they told me what caused the glass to break before installing the window I would have had them stop, as the glass and part are covered under warranty. Rob became highly overly frustrated and over talking me on the phone, and I had to talk him into taking 15 mins to work with my warranty company. If he did not then I wanted the glass removed, and he stated he couldn't because it would be used and he would not be able to use it. (Really not my concern I was thinking because his tech should have shown me the diagnostic issue before installing the glass!) The warranty company eventually approved the claim both the glass and part, but now he said he would not honor the claim as it would not cover his expenses! Why the hell are you even in business then? Very poor customer service! I ended up paying the whole cost of the repair as I don't want it to go through my insurance since the warranty is supposed to cover it. Had they just said what the problem was I would have more than happy to pay them $50 for the convenience of coming out for diagnostic and we would have all been happy. Now I have more paperwork to do, my car is still not fixed, I have to deal with the warranty company still, Need to go to another place to have the regulator repaired, and now because it is two different places I may not get the glass reimbursed like it should have been. And All about Auto Glass is getting this review. read more

I needed my windshield replace and had called around for a few quotes and All About Auto Glass sounded like the best option. I made an appointment and they came out to my house that same day! They reassured me of the price numerous times which made me feel good. Before they arrived they called and asked if it would be okay to charge me $15 extra for I believe the adhesive strip? Of course I agreed and it made me feel really good that they asked me before hand if they could charge me more. The man was done in about an hour and was very nice. If you are looking for professional, honest, respectful, and speedy people to help you with your auto glass needs...this business is for you! I had previous work done on my vehicle by them almost a year ago, so when I found myself needing another window replaced for another car I did not hesitate to call them again. After placing my call around 930a (on a Saturday mind you), these fellas were at my residence by 1015a after the original timeframe suggested was 10a-12p! If that isn't outstanding service I don't know what is! Do yourself and your wallet a favor by selecting this business for your auto glass needs. They are for sure a keeper in my book! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the absolute worst experience AND SERVICE I've ever had. The shop stated they would show up between 12-5 pm and we called the repair guy around 3:30 pm to check in for an estimated time. Who then stated he completely forgot he even had the appointment, and had a side job to go too. He then Stated he could probably be there at 6. The SHOP calls around 5:15 for a FOLLOW UP to see how we like our windshield, and we let them know it had not even been replaced yet and their guy said he would show up around 6. 6pm rolled by with no call or text. Called the repair guy who sent us to voicemail. Called the shop back, and they stated it would be another 30 minutes, we also confirmed they could take cards/VISA as a form of payment. The repair guy finally called around 6:25 to tell us he was NOW on his way. He finally showed up around 6:50 with no apology for being 2 hours late. When he finished around 7:30, his "boss" was not answering the phone for his calls, nor ours. And he supposedly cannot take cards as payment, since he cannot process it without calling his boss. The repair guy then did not wish to wait for his boss to answer or for us to now go get cash or any other sort of payment AND LEFT?? Overall I would say "professionalism" (or payment) is no where close to their priority. I'm not sure why they have 4 stars, other than the price. However for $80 more and a better experience, I'd go with ANYONE else. read more

Some little nasty person broke my back window of my 2011 Sonata. I called two companies before calling All About Auto Glass. The first couldn't help me at all. The second seemed nice, but didn't work with my insurance. I luck up on All About Auto Glass next. The guy who answer the phone gave me a great deal and said someone would be out in a couple of hours. Sergio showed up before me. I thought I had left my door unlocked, but I didn't. Felt bad about that, but Sergio started even with the noise of my alarm. Thank goodness my mom home and used the spare keys to shut off the alarm. By the time I got home in 20 minutes, Sergio was almost done. He was friendly and professional. He took time to remove my car seats from the back of the car and vacuumed the entire back of my car really well inside. I hope to never need them again but would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done quickly. read more

I gave my CC over the phone - and informed him I would not pay the higher price. $350 for a new window???? Even his employees complained about him donig this. Excellent service, very convenient, and good price! They were able to come to my office and easily replace my windshield in the parking lot, quickly. The first Windsheild had a small defect in it thatwas invisible from the outside. I called and explained the problem and they met up with me right away to have a look. I work for Lyft and needed an annual inspection. I had it inspected and Lyft demanded I get a new windshield...after calling around and checking various mobile glass installers, I came across these guys....I called them up and scheduled an appointment the next day...they came to my house and installed it right in the driveway. They were right on time, it took as long as they estimated it would and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. Their price was extremely reasonable...and I am very happy with their whole process. There are no leaks and the glass is airtight.
