Unprofessional Service Department Manager & Staff ! I have a brand new Rocket that died 2 times two blocks away from them. I asked them to look at it. They wanted to charge me ! I HAVE A FULL WARRANTY WITH EXTENDED SERVICE & PARTS ! Unfriendly service. Service Department workers all look miserable & unhappy. No smiles ever with piss poor attitudes. Service Dept. needs to be replaced & overhauled ! Ive bought new motorcycles with warranties in the past. Ive never been asked to pay for diagnosing a new ride ! Bought a used Aprilia here...rode all the way from eastern Wa to trade an MT09. Discovered bad exhaust guides on cylinder #4, very low compression. Someone was just into this top end to diagnose it based on all the loose items I found (cam sprocket bolt, multiple hose clamps, etc). I've had to take the engine out of the bike and replace the front cylinder head. Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed. The service department did a terrible job inspecting this bike. Here are the things I discovered were bad the day I left the dealership: 1. Massive oil leak from front 2. Massive right fork oil leak 3. Chain and sprockets shot. Chain was so stretched a new rear sprocket could not be fitted. 4. Multiple coolant leaks 5. Bad gear position sensor Don't buy a used bike here! read more

I ordered an aftermarket special saddlebag, tan leather, $650, that never showed up, had to cancel order The 2020 Bonneville came with the promise of a signed cert copy from the Co owner in England, never showed up ... 2 years later I have an issue with the motorcycle running, and they don't even have a pick up service. The sales and service staff, although always being new, are actually very friendly and helpful. In contrast , the current GM's is unable to connect with customers and promote not only the dealership but the brand as well. I am so disappointed in the owner experience of this tiger 1200re which I bought new in September 2022 for full price from triumph of Seattle. I am now considering selling this thing because your support and service center is such a terrible place. I should have known that the buying experience was to foreshadow the kind of support I should expect from triumph post sales. During the sale it took 3x longer to get the bike out of the shop than promised so I had to spend the better part of a day just sitting around idle. None of the accessories which I'd paid for were installed and they DIDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM TO ME THAT DAY! I had to come in a SECOND DAY to get the parts even though the parts were in stock the same day I bought it. My bike has had worsening problems shifting and finally I called me to ask to bring it into the shop. The shop warned me it could take WEEKS going back and forth to determine warranty coverage - what? So I asked to at least do the diagnosis and call me back with estimate and timeline. Further, if it was WEEKS waiting for triumph corpos to decide on warranty I'd just ride it while waiting for approval, even at this the shop warned me it may not be possible because you would insist on more pictures etc.. As a new owner what a terrible thought - any warranty issues may have some undetermined idle time so you and the corpos can argue about what is covered? I took it in mid day for my appointment and was told to expect a call in few hours with the status. Your shop never called me back.. I tried calling them. Initially they said "it needed a ton of firmware updates" which probably fixes it and that I can come back and get the bike because it should be fixed. Then, not 5 minutes later, they called to tell me about the recall and my bike couldn't be ridden until it was repaired! They hadn't even checked for reported issues until the END of the appointment and AFTER they were going to let me come pick it up. It's a good thing I hadn't already spent 45 minutes getting back into the shop, huh? Even worse the shop manager (Joe?) said they didn't have the parts or know when they would be coming. I asked if they could even get shipping tracking and give some ETA. Previously I'd asked about risk because my family was flying out on vacation 3/31. With my impending flight date I was calling daily to try and plan pickup of the bike between work, family obligations and needing a ride into Seattle to pick it up. I've seen many reports from other riders getting this same recall done in an HOUR at different shops. FINALLY it was able to be picked up late Thursday. My family wasn't able to drop everything and get it,, but I had a small window between work which I had to Uber down ($60) and pick it up. Of course the horrible service doesn't end there - your shop manager blatantly lied to me about work they did. I asked to have the shifter adjusted above the height of the peg. I confirmed this clearly on the phone before coming to pick the bike up and he said it was definitely done. Guess where my shifter is? The same position it's always been. I have never regretted a purchase so much because of poor support. What an absolute joke. I am inclined to sell or trade-in this triumph and never look back. It's a shame because I was loving this motorcycle. Guess I now have to get back to tearing it apart and do the work you lied about completing the first place. 1. 0 stars for the Service Dept. Brought my Street Cup in because the wiring harness had rubbed through. They had already done a safety recall but it seems to me they positioned the harness poorly which caused the headlight bracket to rub through. This bike only has 1500 miles on it and is a garage queen. They did they 500 mile service and surely should have seen this. I never expected this to happen because the recall had already been performed. I noticed the prob when the gauges started blinking. I wasn't terribly upset about it and knew the bike was out of warranty but rode up to see what they could do. They acted extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm sure we could have come to some agreement to get the bike fixed as I would have been ok paying something for the repair. Just didn't even want to deal with them after how rude they were. After they saw I was extremely unhappy they offered to contact home office to see if they would fix the issue under the recall. Took some pics and said they would call me the next day...never happened. Think twice before taking your bike to these chuckleheads for service...I don't think I would take a tricycle to them to fix. read more

And in a super reasonable amount of time without an appointment. Hands down the best motorcycle dealership in the greater Seattle area. Everyone I've interacted with has been awesome. Andy in sales set me up with a test ride on a street triple with only 2 days notice and the whole process was amazing. He never pressured or pushed me to buy, just calmly answered my 1000 questions and told me to take as much time as I needed to decide. I think he and everyone else there know how good the bikes are, don't need to be pushy when the product lives up to expectations. On top of that the service department is amazing as well. When I brought my bike in for maintenance both Kevin and Solomon were extremely patient with me even though I kept badgering them with questions. They walked me through everything the mechanics did and went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough. Seems like everyone there legitimately loves bikes and knows how to provide awesome customer service. They have a pretty big gear selection too, mostly premium stuff like Rev'it, Shoei and Arai, but it's better not to skimp on gear anyways. read more

Having purchased a few ebay items from them in the past I was surprised by my recent interaction. They always list any item as "last one". Okay, fine. Even if they have twenty of them, whatever. I recently tried to buy a windscreen from them that they had listed way above what Triumph lists it on their website. So I told them that seems like gouging to me. Then I went back to check the price and it was substantially higher than what I had just seen earlier! I knew Triumph was going to raise the price of this item, (what else is new ?), but if it's already in stock then at least stick to your posted price of an item you received before the price hike, Even though it is already higher than list. I called up Triumph of Seattle after moving to the PNW - I needed a service as well as having some recalls I needed taken care of for my TTR. It is clear they are super busy this season, but the process still went like clockwork: they set the appointment, went above and beyond for the recalls (my previous dealer incorrectly claimed a recall was done when it was not) and finished up the bike on time just as they said they would, even with the additional work. They sent me off for a test ride going around traffic circles at low speed on hills. I dropped the bike and they charged me over $2000 for the cosmetic scratches. That would be fine if that were the actual cost to repair, but half of that amount was profit to the dealer (i.e., the difference of the price they charged me for labor less what they pay their service techs was about $1000). The dealership's owners probably made more profit off my test ride than they made off selling me the motorcycle. It felt like they were primarily in the business of sending people off on dangerous test rides. I asked for the take-offs and they wouldn't give them to me. My insurance company was trying to contact them and they didn't respond. I did buy a bike from them, but they gave it to me without linking the tire pressure monitors. All around just horrible customer service / taking advantage of customers, and I'll go to Issaquah or Bremerton for all my service. read more

I have an issue with my onboard charger for my 2017 Zero DS. There is only one repair shop near me (Triumph of Seattle). I have NEVER encountered worse customer service in my life. They don't answer their phone, & you can't leave a message (mailbox is full). After 3 weeks of trying to reach them, I finally drove there in person to schedule repairs. I had to wait another 3 weeks to get an appointment. On drop-off day, I had Covid and tried to arrange for a safe contact-free drop off. They told me to wait until I was Covid free & they would be able to get me right in without waiting. This was a lie. I called them a week later (I learned to dial repeatedly until they picked up), they told me I would have to wait another week to drop it off. If you're counting the weeks, this is now 8 weeks between initially trying to reach them and finally getting the bike into their shop. The next day they left a message on my phone to let me know the results of their diagnosis. I spent two more weeks trying to get in touch with them to OK the repairs. They quoted me $817.50 parts + ~$500 for the diagnosis plus 2-hour installation. I have no other option to get my bike repaired. They're telling me that even though they "probably" have the part available, it will still take another week for the repair to be ready. I have loved riding my Zero up until this point, but this experience has been so reprehensible I will NEVER purchase another Zero. (They only allow licensed dealers to perform repairs.) I will also dissuade anyone from going to Triumph of Seattle, there is no way that a reputable business would conduct themselves in this manner. UPDATE: Two weeks later I'm still waiting. They did not have the part and they did not follow up with me. I have to be very persistent in following up with them. Again, I had to drive to the store and ask in person about my bike. They did offer to deliver the motorcycle to me once repairs are complete Monday afternoon. If the motorcycle is returned to me in good repair when promised, and the work is significantly discounted, they will have earned the one star rating. I'm not counting on either. (I couldn't figure out how to assign zero stars, which is my true rating of this Avoid At All Costs company.) read more

Purchased a part from them online and I realized when I looked at it that it wasn't going to fit. My mistake, I ordered the wrong part. No problem I'll just return it right? No. They won't accept returns because of COVID-19... let that sink in. Rather than realizing money is tight for their customers and this is the time for businesses to step up and show integrity, they decide to burn their customers. During a shipping time of 7 days, and using disinfectant when it's received or another few days of wait time - if I had the virus, the virus would be dead. To be honest I didn't do my research when it came to which local KTM dealership to work with when buying my first KTM. I ended going to Triumph of Seattle as they were the closest to my home which I figured would make it easiest for service as well as last minute bits and pieces when going on a trip. I really lucked out with these guys, every detail and transaction from the motorcycle to accessories has been a really pleasurable experience and continues to be enjoyable with every visit. Everyone at this dealership is super passionate about motorcycling and the brands they service. When the bike was delivered I was given an in-depth walk-through of bike as well as introduced to the service manager who I would be working with when I brought the bike back for it's break-in service. The parts and accessories manager has been a great resource of knowledge and helped me pick out the right gear for myself with "no sales pressure" which made me feel more comfortable when making bigger purchases like a new helmet and riding jacket.
