    It's Harley , Let's get into this. It's where I got my road king. The customer services is on point. They are willing to work with you and stay up front with costs. They explained everything and were very detailed. The cost, except to pay a hundred bucks for basically anything. It's expensive, however with that said the quality has went up since the KTM days. I do my own maintenance and have a service manual. My bike has had no issues in the past 3 years. And I am an all season rider. Except snow and ice) The service department. I have no complaints. They sometimes do free install for things you buy. You must schedule it but if you keep a good calendar and stay on point you can take advantage of the sometimes free service they provide. What I like most is the community and communication over the years. The sales team seems to care about your experience and they did not try to be pushy. If your looking for a bike give them a go. Ps be sure to check in on Yelp for your free coin) also be sure to have your mask. They are following Covid guidelines.

    No bolt here and I've been riding around with the passenger seat completely unsecured. **There was a bolt when I brought the bike home. I haven't had it long, it is stored my garage, and somehow for some reason the bolt came out. I wanted to update this review because I did look at pictures and verified this.

I was repeatedly lied to about how long…read morerepairs on my jet skis would take, and every time I called I got a different excuse or vague answer instead of honest communication. What should have been a reasonable repair turned into months of waiting with almost no accountability from their staff. To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. This place does not.

Over the years they've helped me with a ton of parts and accessories for my boats and jet skis and motorcycles. They always have a solid stock of life jackets (which I really appreciate every season) and one of the best selections of boating and PWC gear in the area. Even though they no longer sell new Sea-Doos, they still keep a good inventory of Sea-Doo parts, which has saved me more than once. The location right in Lynnwood is super convenient, and their motorcycle showroom is awesome they always have a sweet lineup of bikes on the floor. Friendly staff, great inventory, and reliable service every time I walk in. Highly recommend Lynnwood Motoplex!

Went into the Service Dept at Lynnwood Moto today, asked young girl at desk if they could test the ignition coil I had in hand. She politely asks what it is and I answer. She says she does not know but her boss may. Just then a big guy, shaved head, appears. Her boss, (for the sake of any rider, hopefully not the service mgr.) She asks can we test this pointing to the object... no response he just stands there... can we test this? Now he says what is it? Simultaneously we answer "an ignition coil". He pauses a second then without even looking at it says "it's fine, ignition coils never go bad" My reply was that the last one did. Pause "yeah we can test it... but not today,... maybe next week" Why is that I ask? "cuz we're closing in 20 minutes" end of conversation. I take a look at the bikes as I walk out, as I will never set foot in here again. Taking poetic license from a line in Animal House, " Son, rude, stupid and lazy is no way to get ahead"

I…read morepurchased a 2018 Scrambler 1100 and traded in my 2017 KTM 390 Duke, and they treated me very fairly. Additionally, I was making the purchase late on a Saturday and my salesperson Cameron was kind enough to talk the service guys into prepping my bike so I could ride it home the same day. PS - I had gotten a flat tire a couple of weeks later and came back in, and though I thought o needed a new tire, and they had ordered one for me, they discovered that they could just patch the inner tube rather than replace the tire, so they did and saved me some money! PPS - When I came in with the flat, one of the mechanics discovered that I was a total newbie rider, and so he spent about 45 minutes just giving me advice on how to maintain my bike--like how to clean my chain without injuries like losing my fingers!

Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with their quality of service and professionalism. Plus the sales team is very knowledgeable and friendly.
