First of all Jon manager was amazing, Gunner was great too, super easy to deal with him, plus amazing deal for my 2025 White Road Glide and great number on my trade in. I came in and just check it out but ended up got new bike, omg!!! I bought 5 bikes from other dealership but they didn't do not even closer to Eastside HD, price and service. Service Department Issues - Horrible communication skills, very slow to respond to inquirys while bike was at Eastsides service department fo rthe two weeks they had the bike. I had a top end rebuild performed at a different dealership to far away to return for a oil leak, had Eastside pick it up and they had it for just shy of 2 weeks and never figured out the leak so they returned it after stating the bike was cleaned and no leak weird but GREAT. When they picked up from me the bike was spotless except the engine that they requested not be touched in order to help understand/locate the leak. Done. Upon return the entire bike was like they left it in the weather or rode it in the rain and was a mess top to bottom. Cant beleive they would return the bike in that condition and all I got for my repair is a bill and labor of love to reclean. Just a rant. read more

This week I had the chance to buy a new Street Bob from Eastside Harley. I first started by reaching out to them via email and asking about availability of a bike they had on their site. Krystel was the first to respond, did so very quickly, and then looped in Johnny to get me the final details I needed. Within a couple short emails, Johnny not only had my deal locked in, but also had agreed upon numbers for a more complicated deal with a friend of mine (his bike is being ordered, so not quite a done deal yet). The numbers for both were fair, and Johnny didn't waste either of our time going back and forth, which means a lot. When I got to the dealer I was helped first and last by Jerry. He was a super nice guy, took great care of me, walked through the features, and answered any questions I had. The shop even had the preload adjusted for me like I asked. Not only that, Jerry helped me load the bike in my trailer on a hot day, which made it much easier to do. After a short wait on a very comfy couch, I met with Joey, the finance and paperwork guy. Joey was great. No high pressure sales to buy the extra packages, he did walk through everything, but was respectful of my time and decisions at every step. We ended up not only taking care of paperwork but having a few laughs over a shared hobby and places we'd been. It's not everyday you're wanting this part of buying a car or bike to take longer just because you're having fun talking with the guy! All in all, this was my favorite motorcycle or car buying experience I can recall. Everyone at the store was super kind and seemed genuinely happy for me picking up my new bike. The folks at the different departments on the tour were all very nice, helpful, and informative. I drove past no less than 4 other Harley dealers to do the deal with these folks because they treat you the way you should be treated. After all, shouldn't buying a new motorcycle be one of the most fun days you could have? Eastside Harley seems to think so, and it shows. read more

It's Harley , Let's get into this. It's where I got my road king. The customer services is on point. They are willing to work with you and stay up front with costs. They explained everything and were very detailed. The cost, except to pay a hundred bucks for basically anything. It's expensive, however with that said the quality has went up since the KTM days. I do my own maintenance and have a service manual. My bike has had no issues in the past 3 years. And I am an all season rider. Except snow and ice) The service department. I have no complaints. They sometimes do free install for things you buy. You must schedule it but if you keep a good calendar and stay on point you can take advantage of the sometimes free service they provide. What I like most is the community and communication over the years. The sales team seems to care about your experience and they did not try to be pushy. If your looking for a bike give them a go. Stay away from their services department. They literally made-up charges and forced me to pay all of it without proper explanation nor itemized receipt. When i started asking for details, front desk were making things up and didnt know the reality. They initally gave an estimate of half the amount they charged me, and when asked for an explanation, they were very rude and told me they don't work for free. I paid over $1500 bucks and they were giving me an attitude as if i was asking them to work for free. These guys literally cheated me and tried to get as much money as possible from me. Showed up within 20 mins to find out that they did not have the part and I had to go to Renton for it. I took the Harley Davidson New Rider course and would NOT recommend. Although it blatantly advertises that you should take the class if you've never ridden before - that's a joke! The instructors were awful at teaching while at the range. They couldn't handle the class. Within the first two hours - two guys were launch off of the bike. This class is NOT for beginners although they advertised that way. Likewise, the instructor made very crude jokes about the Spanish speaking Individual in our class that was way our of line. Although I had prepared by doing the Jumpstart demo - the quality and pace of the instructors were VERY disappointing. read more

Stay away from their service department they are a huge Joke . Sent 2 of my bikes for services one to have the drive belt replaced and another one for an estimation for repairs after I laid my bike , on my first phone consultation the service guy said it would be about 2 hours of labor for the belt replacement, no problem let's schedule it and get it done . After a week and a half of no communication I called to check in and my belt on my bike was done to my surprise the total came $1150 5.5hrs of labor more than double the estimation , I couldn't believe it . Like what they have never replaced a belt before so they don't know how long it takes ??? Also later I found out from my father in law that WA state law says that any shop should provide you with an initial estimate and if the price needs to be changed you need to approve that before any work is performed , well now I'm looking in to hiring a lawyer see if I have a case here with this rip off . On top of all that they never gave me a proper estimation for my other bike that needed repairs , they said it was most likely totaled I requested both bikes to be sent back after I paid the bill and guess what . They only sent me the bike they had worked on so the following day I called and they had no clue about it so they would call me back , when they finally called me back it was a service guy that was suggesting giving me an estimate for repairs before they sent it back , I said no thank you one of the other service guys already told me it's going to be very costly it would be best to totaled so I said sent the bike back I'll deal with it , And he immediately asks me how much do you want for it ! I couldn't believe this pricks . Long story short I finally get my 2nd bike back and took it to SUB shop and they fixed my bike . All it needed was new bars , new cables ,new air filter and a new brake pedal and my bike is now fixed . I don't know what their game is but you all need to READ this and stay away from this bussines so that hopefully you don't go through the same circus bull crap I had to go through . I bought a bike from them about a year ago and everything went awesome.(great sales team and service department) About a month ago I've got a call from Harley headquarters (or some agent, not sure). They invited me to the test ride of new electric bike. We agreed on the date and scheduled it. Next week I came for a ride, talked to salesman for a moment and went for a ride (bike is awesome by the way). Then we talked again and I said that I'm planning to renew my bike to another one in a few mont and will definitely consider the one I just rode. Then he said "wait a moment, I'll introduce you to my manager". I said fine and he walked me to the manager. He asked me some questions including the "why not to take it home now". I said again that maybe I'll do it, but few months after now because of financial reasons. His next question literally killed me "so why you came for a test drive if you were not planning to buy it today?". Because YOU invited me for it god dam! After this rude conversation Eastside Harley Davidson sales department died I'm my eyes. It's honestly very sad, I'm a huge fan of H-D and some time ago this dealership felt like second home for me, I just had this special feeling about it. Let me start by saying I did not deal with the dealership or service sides of this place. I went in looking for quality accessories for my new ride. I went in here twice. The first time was for riding boots. The young ladies that worked the clothing dept. were familiar with the boots and were able to help me find a pair I am extremely happy with both in style and comfort. Today I was seeking a helmet. I've done research online and visited the corporate website looking for suggestions. The website mentioned a line specifically made for the "needs" of ladies with great features such as pony tail indention. lol. Needless to say this place had non of them and only had the unisex helmets. In the end it's about safety more than style. I ended up going to a competitor to get my helmet. The young lady working today was extremely overworked. While I saw a couple other staff members "floating" around it seemed she was taking the brunt of the customers which made the experience less than desirable.. read more

This place is good for shopping a new Harley but don't ever ever take their training course for those reasons: 1- It is double the price of the regular cost 2- They said no need of any experience and this is not true as you have to have experience in the basics which offered by the State course 3- The instructor will keep put fear on you and in the practice day, if it is your first time, you won't be able to drive. 4- I didn't take the practice as they kicked me out and didn't offer refund nor another time to come back. If you depend on this course to pass the test without any prior knowledge then you won't. read more

Called about a used bike I saw advertised online, Teague steered me toward a new one of the same model stating "the new one is the same price". After two days of sending documents via email that he seemed to keep missing, he tried to gouge me! Adding $10k to the MSRP of a new Low Rider S and lowballing me by $4000 dollars on my trade. I have dealt with all Harley dealerships in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. If I can help one person, if not all by them choosing any other dealership than this one, then it's worth it. I don't even know where to start with this place. They lie through their teeth. When I first asked how much a bike was they quoted me 2k over msrp. They don't wash new bikes, nor will they give you the owners manual. I had to actually take parts off the new bike and put them on correctly from them installing things backwards from the setup everyone pays for. They will mess up your contract and over charge you 3k they cannot seem to find. Also, it's impossible to get anyone to call you back unless they're taking your money. I'm having to return a bike do to a bad contract and basically they won't help me with anything even though they messed it up. They're using illegal ways to find anyway to not get the bike back. To anyone reading , trust me. Go anywhere but this place. You'll thank me later. read more

I spent over 6 weeks going through the Harley buying process to get my 2018 Street Glide Special. I could've absolutely saved myself 41 days of headache had I just gone to Eastside Harley the 1st day I started this whole process. Not only did they blow out the competitions price, they did it with service. I hit them up off of the Cycle Trader app at about 2am. I was contacted 8hrs later at 10am on a Sunday by a man that came to be my salesman (Vik). This guy seemed genuinely concerned about what I was trying to accomplish and the price I was after. He confirmed they had not 1 but 4 of the exact bike I wanted in stock. I'm a no B.S. kinda guy and I hate the back and forth games that come with buying vehicles. Vik seemed to just get it. He quickly told me that he believed they had options for me and he'd call me right back. Within 10 min I had a man by the name of Ryan call me back. (Later to find out he's the sales manager) Ryan was briefed on my offer, and called to tell me 1 thing. It went something like this, "Well Mr. Martin we are .77 cents off from making this deal. We'll figure it out when you get here. When would you like to pick up your new bike?" I was shocked. I had 2 other dealers play with my buying emotions. The 1st dealer wouldn't even budge $10.00 off of MSRP. Another said they were going to give me such a good price that it won't even come with a free T-shirt since they'll make no money on the deal. Then I had these guys Ryan & Vik literally catering to me for my dream bike. I won't lie, I genuinely thought they were either selling me a bike with less options or they were terrible at math. I couldn't give them a deposit over the phone fast enough. Today I went into the store to put eyes on my bike and get the docs signed and get it paid for. Walking in, it was on a pedestal. They had it on the trickle charger, with my name on it and sold sign. All documents were drawn up by Darla (I hope that was her name) I feel terrible I met so many faces. Once meeting me, they quickly lit up my 5yr old sons face with a free toy Harley, stickers, and showed him other "cool" bikes and had him completely engulfed in the Harley process. This quickly became the Harley family that I wanted to be a part of. My son probably sat on every harley in the showroom. It was a day he will not forget. Upon leaving I was told "not without my T-shirt!" Vik told me to pick out whatever shirt I wanted, then the apparel gal (Hero) said she had a HARLEY shirt for my 5yr old as well. It was way cool for my son & I but wait there's more. Vik told my son how he needed to pick out a Bell for my new bike. Then told him the myth / legend behind it. Vik and my son soon picked out my new bell and attached it for me to the bike. Upon leaving, this team lined up to shake our hands, congratulated us on the new bike and welcomed us to the Harley family. I drove 100+ miles to get to them and rode a ferry for an hour and I would and plan to do it many more times for all of my Harley needs. Its the process of taking a recognized brand name like Harley Davidson, and stamping it on everything from bras to pickup trucks (witness the the Ford F150 HD edition). And that brings us to Eastside Harley. A temple to the pathetic commercialization of the Harley brand. Slick talking sales guys, oceans of Chinese made garbage merchandise. Sickening. I ride a Ducati, but I would be open to having a Harley. I think the company is actually making some good bikes these days. But if it means I have to be associated with the real estate agents and 50 year old management types in their $1000 Harley outfits, count me out. I'm a guy who didn't have the best of credit. Eastside didn't seem to care. I thought this would be a way to start building back. They seemed to really be helpful. I picked out my dream bike. A Street Bob! I knew I would be paying more cause of my credit rating. I thought if too high I would just walk. The Financing guy walks me into his office. No down and $430 a month. Not that bad but I was about to leave. My credit was getting better and I thought just a little longer.( I did the same thing 2 years ago. Walked when the price was not what I was looking for. ) The financing guy said this is the best way to build. Just make the payments for a Year and WE will get you refinanced! Harley Financing is good with people who make payments on time! A year and a half later! I called to get my payments lower. Called Harley Financing first. They told me they NEVER refinance. So I called Eastside. The first time I got disconnected! They next call I waited for about 15 mins on hold. Finally the finance guy got on. He then began to say I should just get a NEW Bike. GET A NEW BIKE! I told him I was very happy with my bike... Didn't need a new one. Didn't want to start over on payments. All and all I love the bike. I just wish I would have gone to the HD dealer down in Renton. My brother went their and Loves them. They are very helpful and worked with him to get a deal they where happy with and him. Eastside seems to just care about getting the sale. F-the customer. What can they do? Well eastside. I can't do much but write this review! Buyer beware! Yes - I did it. I plunked down a chunk of "Doug's American Stimulus Plan" for an early mid-life crisis mobile. An Iron 883 to be exact. With our family expanding by one I was left high and dry on my commute up I-405 to Bellevue that I used to share with my wife. Well, at least this will get me in the carpool lane....yea, that's how I'll justify it. Due to our leases expiring I had to buy two cars this year. Both were typical crappy hassle-filled buying experiences with the hour long marathon of paperwork at the end. Not so here. Granted it was a pretty stiff negotiation, but I think I walked away with a great deal. Being a new rider Eastside Harley really hooked me up - classes, gear...everything. The finance paperwork was one signature. No extended warranties other add ons being pressure sold to me. I was in and out in about an hour. A+ for service and friendliness. I guess you just have to look at the crotch rocket dealers for a steep discount on a bike. read more

Not a terrible dealership, but a disappointment, nevertheless. I bought my '07 sportster here. Didn't like the sales staff full of phonies and jerks. They acted as if they were doing me a big favor by wasting their time selling me a bike at many hundreds over msrp. I never had a problem with their parts and service departments. If you like the slick, yet cheesy, image of the Harley-Davidson tribe, promoted to middle-aged yuppies with more credit than common-sense, Eastside HD might appeal to you. Floor space devoted to motorclothes, accessories, and chrome doodads, seems larger than that dedicated to actual harleys. Service rates are a bit high, but the techs are competant and will make sure you don't ruin your manicure changing that icky motor oil. read more

When I last reviewed Eastside, I had at least meet and greet relationships with the personnel in service, parts and sales. That's all changed, since those folks no longer work there. Eastside apparently can't retain good people, and now every time I'm in there someone I've never seen before is helping me. There's no continuity, and the turnover is so high that they now equip their sales guys with shirts that say "staff" instead of bothering with name tags. They've also stopped putting prices on bikes, new or used. I really hate that sales strategy. I'm afraid the Thompsons have lost their attention to detail in this store, given their ownership of multiple dealerships. read more

I get treated poorly every time I come in. The staff either will not help me or can't because they don't know anything about the merchandise. When I try talking to the sales staff about what I wanted all I got was a lecture on how I needed a bigger bike. I am a newer rider and I didn't want a huge bike until I can ride better. Despite telling the staff this repeatedly I was told I should purchase an 1100cc Dynaglide. I purchased my bike elsewhere. When I came for new gloves none of the staff knew anything about any of the pairs and had to keep referring to the sign. Seriously train your staff. I went in with my bike to ask about how to measure for saddlebags and no one had any idea how to help. I found out later online but it's so simple how does a dealer who sells bags not know how to fit a bike for them? Finally the hours make it almost impossible for me to come in at a convenient time. read more

Bought a used Iron 883 with only 850 miles on it in December. Come spring for the first ride and the front tire is flat. Air is coming out of the bead - just installed wrong. Tire loses a pound of air a day. Bike came with an issue and Eastside will not fix this without me paying $130 since I waited until spring (the first ride). They did not stand behind this used bike sale. I have bought other bikes from them in the past but this just sours everything. They could have fixed this with no parts and in less than half an hour but they won't do it. Will not be purchasing at Eastside Harley again. read more
