The instructor explained to me that a reasonable good mechanic should have been able to diagnose problems, relay and gear and made repairs for $1000.

The unit that was previously allocated for the rental had been sold, and the staff graciously upgraded our unit to the next level of SxS up. We chose a trail side drop off option where they trailered the unit to and from the shop, which makes it super convenient. Definitely recommended. After signing waivers, getting fitted for helmets and goggles, and going over some general safety guidelines we had an amazing experience all provided by the MotorToys crew. However, as soon as I walked in the store a guys just shook his head before I could even say anything. It's very odd for them to treat e-bike riders this way, especially as I assume my son will continue to want to ride even on to his adulthood, which would make him a prime candidate to be their target audience. The shaking of the head and the way I was spoke to, makes it so we will not ever be back. If they really want to take advantage of their future clientele, they should at least offer suggestions on where to get help with e-bikes. That did not happen at all!

Additionally, I was making the purchase late on a Saturday and my salesperson Cameron was kind enough to talk the service guys into prepping my bike so I could ride it home the same day. PS - I had gotten a flat tire a couple of weeks later and came back in, and though I thought o needed a new tire, and they had ordered one for me, they discovered that they could just patch the inner tube rather than replace the tire, so they did and saved me some money! PPS - When I came in with the flat, one of the mechanics discovered that I was a total newbie rider, and so he spent about 45 minutes just giving me advice on how to maintain my bike--like how to clean my chain without injuries like losing my fingers!

Listen, we get it, AN ATTRACTIVE WOMAN IS IN THE BUILDING. OMG! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL AND TALKING TO YOU. LOSE YOUR COMPOSURE AND TELL HER HOW IMPRESSED YOU ARE THAT SHE USED YOUR WEBSITE! Yeah, yeah. Just because the men in the room aren't attractive women doesn't mean we deserve to wait even longer for help as you flirt. Also doesn't mean you put on a completely different face to help us. You can be friendly with men as well. We might not make you feel as if you are vibing with a hot woman, but that doesn't mean we can't have a normal, pleasant, professional, human conversation without feeling like a burden to you. On the plus side, the guy from the bays who came in to the waiting room to explain what happened to my tire was professional and didn't treat me like a disappointment. He was professional.
