I kind of expected a good experience because my Mechanic, who is one of the only mechanics in my life as a 57-year-old man that I have ever 1000% trusted suggested this place. He didn't even tell me that he knew the guy he just said, "try this place. He has great cars. He backs up his work and I know you'll like him." Let me tell you he was right on. I was looking for a first car for my Son. I took My trusted mechanics advice, and I went to JIA. I'm a veteran bartender for over 40 years and I think I can read people really well and from the handshake, I just liked the guy. Sometimes people love what they do and that passion comes through. It is evident when you speak to Him. I've been swindled a couple of times and both by dealerships so I was very wary this time. I bought the car in January and waited to post to see if there were any issues. There was ONE! The cd player did not work. Now, this is a cd player! Of course no one checked because no one uses Cd's, but my kid is a musician and an old soul and has 500 of my old CD's. When I relayed that to Greg- the guy found a cd player on line and INSTALLED it for my kid. Do yourself a favor if you are done with shady people and shitty business practices.
