They honor my military discount and even give me great service with returns. The store is always neat and orderly and it's very seldom that they don't have what I need. I will bypass other auto parts stores to come to this location. The parking lot is not big, but it's never been full when I come. It's always clean too. They don't have large amounts of trash lying about the parking lot. I like their advertised weekly specials too. I have e received a number of gift cards from those promotions. From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted by all three customer service reps till I left a couple of hours later, I felt I was in great professional hands! Ms. Weems ended up being the one to "let's go and see exactly what is going on" and from that point I was just continually impressed with how her and the rest went above and beyond. They would not let me leave until they were assured that I wasn't paying for something I didn't need and that what I paid for fixed the issue. I was given a chair to hold my daughter and offered something to drink. I watched as they interacted with other customers and it was the same professionalism and "let me see how I can help you" mentality. The young man carried out larger and more awkward purchases and I haven't seen that in so very long. When I was given the green light to leave, I was even told that I had a capability on my car (remote start) that I had no idea about because the dealership hadn't activated it.
