My other option was to wait for them to go to O'Reillys auto store to get more studs. . After they made 2 trips to the auto parts store my truck was returned to me in what was supposed to be proper working condition. Time 2:24p.m.. While driving from 2/20-2/23 almost 210 miles the vehicle began to shake , I took the truck to a shop to have it looked over , once in the air the technician could wobble the tire just by hand . Each lugnut was on only by 2 or 3 threads .

If I ever consider coming back to this dealership, I'd recommend avoiding pre-approval first, because in my experience the price might increase right after approval to make the "original" number look like a discount later. Travis met me at the door, pulled the car around, let me drive, and when we got back got me started on the sales process. I don't have the best credit. OK, I've got lousy credit. This is where the dealership really shined through. They made a fair offer on my trade (more than fair) and found me a lender who was willing to look past my mistakes and get me in to the car. We would never have bought the car if we knew that you were going to discontinue it for customers that had already purchased. My husband has numerous doctor appointments that we cannot be without a car. I guess customer service is not their high priority. I guess I'll have to live with the seat, not moving for the Driver. Fortunately, I was able to tilt the steering wheel so that I can drive the vehicle.
