The provide excellent customer service, high quality craftsmanship and the price point is excellent. For our monthly engraving I usually send off for about 7 plates via email and its usually ready by the end of the week. I have never had any issues with misspelling or getting the wrong product. They also have a large selection of items to choose form, including awards, plaques, pens and trophies. This is really a great company, and I am happy we do business with them.

I had a large Bowie knife that I wanted engraved but for some reason no one in town had the equipment to do it. I came back during business hours and the gentleman quoted me the very reasonable price of 20 dollars setup plus 10 for the laser engraving. I told him I needed it by June 10th, and left. I forgot about it til the 26th of May. Went to pick it up and realized I'd totally forgotten to pick out a font. Well, they picked one out for me that totally matched the knife. They did a great job, engraving looks like it came that way. Would recommend. If I ever find myself in need of custom engraving, this is where I'd go. Just be advised it's off a service road, and there isn't much parking.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They made 2 errors on an order for l plaque. They did not…read moresend it to the address I requested and they put 2 holes in the plaque instead of following the order request which was no holes. I therefore had to purchase a different stone to mount the plaque and hire someone to drill the holes in the rock. I emailed the manager requesting half of my money back. He offered $15.00 which I thought was ridiculous in light of the cost of the plaque, which was over $170. I replied I would settle for $50.00. I received no reply. I wrote a letter to the CEO of the company and received no reply. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. DO BUSINESS WITH ONE WHICH DOES.

I just picked up my latest order from APS and once again the order was perfect. All the t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets and other merchandise I bought were done correctly with a very reasonable turnaround. Excellent screen printing and embroidery! From the initial design to the completion of the order, APS sets the bar very high for any other promotional companies. If you just want the job done right you should give APS a serious consideration. I have been working with this company for many years and they have consistently produced at an amazingly high level.
