Anytime I had an issue that needed to be taken care of, she was and cold and twice she failed to have a maintenance guy come to my apartment. She set up my time for move out, and when I came in with my keys, she told me that I would have to wait another day. When I asked her how long it would take to get my deposit back, me that IF I get my deposit back, it can take at least 30 days. She was snotty and disgusting. As far as the apartment goes, there was a roach issue. I also found fleas in my apartment, and when I contacted the office to let them know that the carpets needed to be cleaned, they completely I had to hire a professional carpet cleaning company. They either were from the previous tenants or From out in the grass. Constantly, the lawn service was neglected, most of the time the grasp being dry and crusty as they were not watering. I cannot count how many times the pool was shut down and we were not allowed to use it for days if not weeks on end.

Just because they can since there's little inventory in the area... They also recently texted everyone to say that internet is going up by $15/mo and valet trash another $10/mo starting next month. This place is helping to contribute to the lack of housing affordability for working people in the area. In the past month we've had multiple short notices about them being in our unit for "inspections". I'm sure the notices technically comply with the notification laws, but rather annoying. Not sure what that's all about because communication here is abysmal. So, if you value privacy - look elsewhere. We will not miss this place.

Several other residents I spoke with reported similar concerns. The condition of the property was also disappointing. Common areas were not consistently maintained, pet waste was frequently left around the grounds, and I personally witnessed multiple incidents involving aggressive dogs. In addition, amenities such as the pool were unavailable for extended periods during the summer, and malfunctioning sprinklers appeared to run continuously for long stretches of time. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the lack of responsiveness from management and corporate representatives. Obtaining answers or escalation contacts beyond the local office proved extremely difficult, leaving many concerns unresolved. My overall experience was characterized by poor communication, inconsistent management, and maintenance issues that significantly affected my quality of life as a resident. Krystal was patient with walking us through the application process. On Tuesday, May 12th, we received a call that we had been approved. On Wednesday, May 13th, I spoke with Krystal at 10 a.m. and we finished the Lease signing at 11 a.m We found Krystal's professionalism and follow-up excellent and would highly recommend her in meeting all aspects of a qualified Leasing Agent.

The ladies at the office, specially the Manager Cheryl, are so professional, and prompt to answer your questions and concerns. The maintenance team is so good and friendly! I found my apartment perfectly ready when I recently moved in, and every time I see one of the guys driving in the golf carts, they always have a big smile, and even stop to say hi to us residents! My neighbors are so amazing, kind and friendly! They always offer to help if they see me with my hands full going upstairs, and always say hi.
