The stuff here is amazing. Manager and owner are the sweetest people and I really appreciate their help and attention to our requests. The place itself is great! Recently upgraded, our 1 bedroom suite was large and nice. Full equipment kitchen made our stay with a toddler so easy. Pool is great, and the location of course ! Close to the beach but far away enough from the music. I will definitely be back if we decide to stay in Deerfield beach again. Highly recommend this place! Also, the prices are very decent for what you get in comparison with the prices of the hotels near by.

Nice sitting area outside our room 114 (king size bed)

Bathroom tap kept dropping water and could be not closed properly. Woman at counter was nice to change room but however was surprised to know about hairs in bed. She got a bit impatient when the 2nd room and 3rd room had same issue. They smell bad. All three had same odour. Had to endure that all night. Finally asked for new bedsheet so that i can do the job. Bedsheet was old and i could see through the sheet at some places. I am aware that if i use blue light, it might be disgusting to sleep but i am not used to sleeping in strangers hairs in the bed. I know it is not her fault doing the bed, but still i had to listen to an explanation that the cleaning lady might lose hair in the bad. she mentioned afro American, which now makes me think that is a bit racist to point this out. Coffee is not hot and they do not really care to fill the coffee tank. Anyway, i do not recommend. Too much to deal with

I asked to see a different room but it was the same. I called Orbitz who, in turn, contacted the hotel and was told we could stay one night and we'd be credited for the remaining three nights. Checked out the next morning but foolishly, did not ask for a final bill. BTW - the motel's "free breakfast" consisted of packages of instant oatmeal - but there were no bowls or insuated cups to accommodate - only thin water cups! After returning from the trip a week later, I checked my CC account to find we'd been charged the full amount. I contacted the hotel 2 times and the managers (one of which were named "Chandroy") were never available. The personnel lied to me and lied to Orbitz about the agreed upon refund because they are greedy, dishonest, and rude. I called Orbitz and after a long period of time and many email communications, they were able to refund part of my charges. Orbitz is the best. BTW - For the remaining three nights we booked "The Hillsboro powered by Sonder" which was a little more expensive but clean, lovely, and on the beach! Very nice. Please, please...for the sake of your health, safety, and sanity, do not consider staying at this motel from hell.

No but definitely a good bang for the buck, it's easier for you to read then for me to write a whole review. Hi Stephanie, My name is Janine D. I stayed at your hotel for just two nights, I've been in Florida since last Tuesday the 3rd. I have stayed at your hotel before and wanted to let you know a few things that I ran into while I was there, if you could forward to the hotel manager I would truly appreciate it. When I got there from Fort Myers on Monday and went into ask if my room was ready there was a gentleman with dark hair that said it wasn't and housekeeping was aware of that and I would receive a call or text when it was ready, I never received either. I went back at 4:30, the same young dark haired gentleman was on the phone, he was trying to get in contact with a housekeeping supervisor because someone had been trying to get in touch with them for three weeks, the gentleman got really mad at housekeeping and said "fuck you" and hung up on her, all this was going on while I wasn't acknowledged. I was shocked! After he finally was done with his little temper tantrum he didn't say I'm sorry about that or anything like that, he said can I help you? So I said who I was he gave me my room keys, there was no explanation about anything regarding parking, pool, beach etc. just here are your two bottles of water and you'll get two a day (never happened) his behavior was gross if I'm being honest. Now I'd like to mention a few things about my room, I stayed in room 602, the shower has black mold in it, and there is a constant sound of what sounds like an electric drill being used in the ceiling in the bedroom, to say this was an underwhelming experience is being kind. I won't be back, I'm a woman on disability and it takes me awhile to save for vacations, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers and there were no issues. I didn't even bother with breakfast this morning because yesterday, the waffle batter ran out as did the orange juice. As a person who used to be in management I wouldn't even know where to start with your establishment, I can tell you I cannot wait to sleep as the banging of the "drill" noise was awful! You are lucky that you have the gorgeous beach, I think that's what must keep you afloat, I'm not in the habit of writing such nasty emails but truly my stay at your hotel was awful from the start to end, one more thing I will mention, the elevator fit the garage didn't work which was a real pain in the neck and it would really make sense to have something about the times that the beach, pool etc and menu actually on paper, also someone should take a look at the menu, the spelling on it is really bad, again I'm sorry for all the negative comments but I actually could go on. I'm also going to add, that when I was there a few years ago there were always issues with the elevators, that is still the same! I had opened the slider when I got there and a maintenance guy came because I thought the cord was missing from the phone (but they are now cordless) and the guy literally started yelling at me because the ac was on and the slider was open at the same time and it could cause a flood in the first bathroom. The only saving grace to your hotel is the beach because the pool had young guys playing beer ping, little kids running around and babies screaming, it would be great to have an adult pool and a family pool, and if your out in the pool area beware of the crows! But back to the beach, it's clean, relaxing and it was nice that the guy who takes care of the chairs and umbrellas explained that there isn't food and drink service to the beach, that's very misleading in the signage! Its been a week since I wrote an email to the manager and still not a peep, very disappointed with Hilton.

I even placed it deep in the carry on and in a corner . So whoever did this was snooping in our stuff. I suspect it was someone in house keeping. I'm so sad I had valuable/sentimental jewelry that I collected all over the world that cannot be replaced.

You could tell it was newly renovated. There was a nice area to eat and another area just to sit and watch tv. They had a fitness room and an outdoor pool. She checked to see exactly what room my mom would be staying in and she found one to show us. We were impressed with the cleanliness of everything. She explained that as suspected everything was renovated. My mom confirmed that she would be fine staying here and I told her I may come hangout! Lol. Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very disappointing note. A personal item with sentimental value was mistakenly discarded during housekeeping despite being left on the desk away from any trash bin. We were told that nothing was taken from the room, which does not align with the fact that our trash bins were emptied during housekeeping. The item was never recovered. Front desk staff were courteous, but the situation was not fully resolved in a way that reflected the value of what was lost. I hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping procedures so guests' personal belongings are handled with more care going forward to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Also got a great pedicure and enjoyed a very quiet afternoon at the spa and spa pool which was incredibly quiet with only a few people present, unlike the main pools which were a little crowded. So he sent me to a golf shop that did not have men's swim. This went on and I realized he along with anyone else I asked had no clue about their shops or what's around. Every question I asked about, no one working at The Boca Raton seemed to have a real answer for that solved a problem. The staff seem to make up answers on the spot. So service is 1/5. Facilities in the new renovated tower were nice but we paid upward over $2k per night that did not deliver the luxury of a $2k per night stay. I have stayed in more comfortable Hilton and Marriott's and even Airbnbs for far less. The sheets are not soft. The bed was not firm. The space was quiet though and the bathroom was nice. However toilet paper was the cheapest brand I've ever seen. So definitely far from luxury. Food 1/5. The snacks in the room and all over the resort for kids all had red dye and carcinogens. There is no care for healthy truly good quality food here. So you pay a premium for the cheapest food in America. I have seen most all businesses, even basic businesses, move away from fake junk food, dyed food and those with carcinogenic links, but not The Boca Raton. So we paid a lot for food that we never you touched. No organic options either. High pesticide load as well. I have to say overall this is an overpriced resort striving to be luxury without the ability to live up to luxury. Overcrowded. Overpriced. Pesticides and Carcinogenic. Poor quality. Poor service.
