i stayed in a tower suite at the the boca raton for a conference and had an excellent experience. the service is absolutely top notch, every day i would receive a new item from shower spray to chocolates to glasses wipes. i also heard that other people received cord velcros and other small, useful items. the level of thoughtfulness is truly next level! in addition, the entire property is incredible, from the historic architecture to more modern builds. i definitely enjoyed my stay.

This was our first time staying at the Boca Raton as we were invited by park West for the art action. We were very surprised with how BIG the property was. 5 different hotels, many restaurants to choose from. Beautiful private beach. The pools were nice, however, I think there should be an adult only pool at the main hotel (instead of at the beach) because this hotel is kid friendly. The Spa was wonderful, very private, super clean. Has all the amenities. (Spa is not co-ed) I do agree with some of the other reviews on here that this hotel definitely caters to the members- The monkey bar was member only and there was almost no one ever in that place. We walked by many times with someone playing live music (we love live music) and not a single person was there to enjoy it The food and drinks were good but pretty expensive. I paid $27 dollars for a dirty martini, more than most would charge. We over all had a pleasant experience at the hotel and with the staff. They were very polite , professional and accommodating- We will come back for special occasions.

Went to Boca Raton for a wedding and the place is incredible. We had a drink at the bar and it was a perfect espresso martini. The architecture was stunning and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was an amazing wedding and I would love to come back and stay here for a weekend.

I attended an art auction held at the Boca Raton Hotel. What an experience staying at the hotel for 3 nights! The first amazement was at the gate. I was welcomed at the gate and was told the hotel was expecting me. When I pulled up, I was greeted at the entrance. Checking in was a breeze and I felt very welcomed. I was given a map and was told that all the snacks and drinks in the minibar in the room are complimentary, and if I needed anything refilled, just ask!!! My room was in the Cloister. There are 5 distinct hotels as part of the resort. The Cloister is the renovated part of the 6 story original hotel. I was truly amazed when I entered my room! See pictures! My room faced the entrance. The nespresso coffee machine was the highlight of my room!!! I toured the hotel and took the ferry to the Beach Club where the pools and private beach access is located. There are many restaurants, bars, snack shop, ice cream shops, outdoor pizza oven, regular shops plus a salon. The history of the hotel aligns one of the corridors leading to the ballroom s. The staff was friendly and inviting!! I truly did have a great stay here! Parking- valet parking and self park behind the hotel at a cost/day. There is an area to get the shuttle and uber/lyft/taxi.

I give this resort 5 stars all around because there are very few places around this world that have so many different hotels behind their security gated property that can keep up a level of excellence the way this property does. For starters, the valet is extremely well run; checking in and checking out is seamless- you can request a time that you would like for your car to be upfront and it will be there. Secondly, while waiting for our room to be ready at The Cloister Hotel we had Champagne and Caviar in The Palm Court, a gorgeous bar space/lounge overlooking the intercoastal and the yachts that are docked at The Yacht Club Hotel, we also had the pleasure of visiting a room at The Tower Hotel, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the ocean and intracoastal. Dirty bed sheets and dirty bath tub.

Horrible hotel we stayed at the beach club I am beyond disappointed I was given a room with dirty bed sheets and a dirty tub. The next day until I made a fuss my room wasn't cleaned. Pool and beach food is terrible something you would expect at a 1 star hotel. On the day of the check out it took a bus boy 30 minutes to come. Compete miscommunication between employees and it seems as though they don't care about their clients! Would not come recommended this hotel to anyone and wouldn't stay there ever again.

Um wow. If you want luxury, options and freedom, this is your spot. I was blown away by how large the hotel is, we took shuttles to restaurants, boat rides to restaurants....still within the hotel. Gorgeous atmosphere, delicious food, 10/10 would stay again.

This is the nicest hotel in the world. I have been literally everywhere. No pretension, but 5-star all the way. I don't know how they train the staff, but everyone is classy, friendly and amicable. Service is 5-star. Every need is anticipated. I have never seen a 'kid friendly' hotel done so elegantly. My mind was blown!

    Grilled cheese

The hotel itself it gorgeous and very well put together. We dined at the Japanese bocce club and had a piece of plastic in our sushi and the entire meal was hard to take down.... Ended up going and ordering a pizza elsewhere. we ate at Marisol as well and sent the steak back, it was a very disappointing experience. Today as the burger bar this grilled cheese really just made us realize staying at the Boca is great, but dining here is a definite no. There are so many great restaurants in Boca... highly recommend not paying absurd amounts for 1 star food and eating anywhere but the restaurants at the Boca raton.

Just simply outstanding. Boca Raton is internationally known. But on top of all of this, The Boca Raton Resort & Club staff itself is just so kind. We were greeted as we drove up: "Hello & welcome to the Boca Raton. We have been expecting you." Swoon! And all the guys walking around helping with bags and do it with a smile. We also had a guy walking around who told us some great architecture/history of a few of the lobbys. Of all the hotels and resorts I have stayed at, in my 100% travel jobs etc, The Boca Raton is by far the most detailed and romantic hotel architecture I have experienced in a long time in the states. Let the pictures speak for themselves. 10/10 highly recommend.

I stayed here while having a surgery and the view was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and on certain days you can find deals for Florida residents on their website. They do have great perks like electric charging at the Beach Club (where I stayed). They have a selection of snacks and a full mini bar. Even a couple of beers waiting in the fridge when you arrive There were a few things which I didn't love. I was on the sixth floor and there were some bleach stains on the carpet coming out of the elevator and under their hands sanitizer station. Also, I had some issues getting a $100 credit for my breakfast but it was somewhat resolved toward the end of the stay. In my room the carpet seemed like it needed to be cleaned to obut it wasn't horrible. Everything else was amazing. In addition, I requested a juice through room service and the brought the wrong one twice. I can't really complain, this place is awe inspiring and the staff is super friendly but there's just a few details here and there that didn't make it 5 stars to me.

Absolutely stunning resort! This resort is perfect for families as well. It is so serene, the food is phenomenal, the service is top notch, AND they have tons of amazing activities for kids. I HIGHLY recommend this resort!

But the real highlight of this facility is when it transforms into a stage for top-tier tournaments. Each year it hosts the Delray Open, where you can catch some of the biggest names in the sport. The stadium is a gem -- intimate and well-designed, so you're close to the action, unlike the massive venues at events like the US Open. I recently attended the Davis Cup matches here and saw some incredible tennis, including Taylor Fritz (World #5) and Jakub Mensik (World #17, and only 20 years old). For example, he said, "Women don't listen" and "You are hitting like a girl." He then went into a metaphor about how he was the lion and we were the lionesses. He talked about how the lionesses go out and hunt and bring the food back to the lion. He kept saying how we needed to listen to the lion. He then stated, and I am quoting his exact words, "The lion can have sex with all of the lionesses, but the lioness can only have sex with one lion." I interrupted him before he could continue, and I was genuinely scared to know what he would have said if I had not interjected. I said "Please stop with the sexual comments. They are making me uncomfortable." He then told me that I do not get to tell him what he can and cannot say during his tennis lessons and that he "didn't make it up about the lions. It is just designed by God that way." I should have walked out of the lesson. Later, he said, "I was going to play this game, but I don't want to offend anyone," while looking directly at me. He told me during a previous lesson that another woman had said that he was touching her too much and that she felt uncomfortable. The way he told the story was very dismissive, as if the woman had overreacted. That should have been a red flag for me not to return. This experience has deterred my friends and me from taking classes with other coaches at this complex. It is concerning that the complex employs coaches like Glenn Muller. I am hesitant to return to the complex because I would be repulsed to run into him again. It is very clear that Glenn Muller should not continue as a tennis instructor, especially for women and young girls. His sexist comments, sexual metaphors, and degrading attitude should not be tolerated.

I finally stopped coming because some people were not watching their dogs as closely as they should. The worst incident I saw happened when a bike rider was going past the fence. A dog pulled off the leash a man was holding and leaped up and ripped her arm open. After that I was done. The problems of the past seem to be over with the new renovation of the dog park. You must register your pet now in order to use it. Registration is $35 for Coconut Creek residents and $70 for non residents. There are separate parks for large and small dogs. The city has added wash stations and agility equipment for the dogs. The park is lovely since it borders a lake and there are over 60 trees providing shade. Water fountains, benches, and a wash station were also added. Keeping your pet safe is a security fence surrounding the entire dog park. Right now only around 150 dog owners have signed up so the park is never crowded. The park is closed on Tuesdays for maintenance. The iconic windmill of the park has now been moved to the inside of the dog park and a lot of landscaping was added. The renovation of the dog park was part of a 3 million dollar Windmill park renovation. Parking used to be dicey but not anymore as the parking lot has been expanded to twice it's size. A new playground has been also added for human kids. Furry kids can be registered at the Community Center up the street on Lyons Road. Once you pay you are given a FOB to enter the dog park fence.
