The location was everything! The hotel is right on the beach with quick access to front desk/ valet. Check in was easy and smooth. We were upgraded to an ocean view which was a great surprise. They provide chairs, umbrellas and towels included in the resort fees but definitely worth it. The hotel was clean and lots of places to eat and get drinks. We will be coming back next year!

Visited Deerfield Beach for a family wedding and the bride/groom picked Wyndham for their block rate hotel for out-of-town guests. The block rate was worth it and the extra night we stayed without the block rate, phew, big price increase! The Wyndham faces the beach, and a one-way street separates you from the beach. There is a valet if you are staying with a car. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Staff were friendly and upon check-in they offered you a glass of champagne. The hotel has an outdoor pool, and I don't think it is heated. The pool also has a jacuzzi with longue chairs. The elevators are the worst. Very small and can fit 3 adults in there without luggage - anything or anyone else the elevator gets very small and cramped. The elevators were also confused and stuck on whether they should be going up or down. The hotel is in a good location for bars/restaurants - very walkable. Our room was nice with tile floors and beds/pillows were comfortable. There is a balcony that is essentially a 1/2 foot of a cement platform. The city side view is alleys and ac units. Not much to look at. The room had a refrigerator and two complimentary water bottles. The bathroom has a heavy bathroom door that was hard to push back-and-forth. At first glance everything seems clean but if you stop and look you notice some dingy areas with nicks and marks. Food wise - they have Burger Craze (faces downtown), Patio Bar & Grill (this faces the ocean/beach), and not open and no idea when it will open is the Vaniglia E Cioccolato Gelateria. The beach attendant was awesome - we told him we wanted three chairs, and he promptly got us chairs and an umbrella. The hotel offers beach towels, and they scare tactic you to be sure to return their towels to the lobby and they go in a wagon. We were told if you don't return them then you will be charged but there is no check-in or check-out progress to the towels. You are also given a band that you wear while on the beach to prove that you are a hotel guest. This hotel seems like one of the nicer ones along Deerfield Beach that has beach/ocean front access.

Stayed at this beach front hotel for a few days in July. This is a modern hotel with all of the amenities. There is a nice outdoor pool and spa area. The Patio Bar & Grill is a full service restaurant and bar. There is both indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the beach. Food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. They also have a burger restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The service was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. On the beach there is a chair and umbrella concession. They have a parking lot behind the hotel which offers self and valet parking for a fee. I think self parking was $20 a day. The hotel is located near the pier and town area. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is one of the best in Florida.

This is a great hotel located across from the ocean that offers a lot in the way of the view, things to do in the area (plenty of bars, restaurants, etc.), the rooms, service and more. Be warned that self parking is $17.00 a day (even more for valet) and the self parking lot is down the street and around the corner from the entrance of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was a very positive experience. The hotel does have a bar that serves food attached to it, but there are plenty of other options within easy walking distance from the hotel. I saw a few pizza places, an upscale seafood restaurant, a Flanigan's (a local small chain of bar/restaurants in South Florida, think along the lines of a TGIF's), a cafe and plenty more. If you can't find what you are in the mood for, you aren't trying at all. Service is friendly and professional. All in all, I would recommend here.

Wow! The Wyndham Deerfield Beach saved me and my husband's trip from being awful. We were supposed to stay in Ft. Lauderdale but the hotel over there was dealing with a fiasco, so we booked here literally last minute. How refreshing it was to be greeted with excellent customer service the moment we drove up to the front late at night versus the nightmare we were dealing with in Ft L. We were greeted by kind valet and front desk staff. They offered us a glass of champagne and kindly talked about the amenities they offer. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the bed super comfy. I really liked that the beach was mere footsteps from the entrance and you could rent out various things for the day like chairs. I would 100% come back and I have even been telling my friends and family to come here. Check out the Deerfield live cams on YouTube as well!

Dirty towels. Not only the pool towels but also the bath towels were in the same condition.

The pool was outdated and the walkways were unattended. The towels were tan color not white. The room was very small and the beds uncomfortable.

Community minded, socially connected. What a great way to start the day! The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce meeting is held at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort from 8-9AM several Tuesdays each month. It is a wonderful Networking opportunity in a beautiful location! The Resort graciously shares their delicious coffee and welcomes local business people and Community Leaders. Lovely place to clear your mind and focus your intentions! Next time I plan to spend a night and enjoy the pool and beach... :o)

Where do I even start. This place deserves WAY more than 5 stars. The city started to do construction on the beach days before we had been scheduled to get married in front of their hotel. Huge pipes had been laid out everywhere. I for sure thought my ceremony was ruined. Luckily, Mathew the event coordinator made it his life mission to turn things around for the better. Our new location had been moved to a roof Top patio area that over looked the beach. Everything happens for a reason and I think the new location has been way better then our original location on the beach. Afterwards they accommodated us at the Med Cafe for complimentary champagne and snacks for our small group of guest and us. Maria, the catering sales manager and Mathew were extremely kind in helping with all the steps to making our day special. I couldn't thank them enough.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Also very secure, guest need to use their key card to ride the elevator. My only complaint is the service at the patio bar. The bartenders were very busy and due to that were very unfriendly. We spent the day at the pool and ordered a frozen drink only for the bartender to complain right in front of us that they need to start telling people the blender is broken. When we first arrived we went here for breakfast and asked for the bill to be split to then be called annoying. The restaurant had great potential but unfortunately it's just not there yet.

Bathroom tap kept dropping water and could be not closed properly. Woman at counter was nice to change room but however was surprised to know about hairs in bed. She got a bit impatient when the 2nd room and 3rd room had same issue. They smell bad. All three had same odour. Had to endure that all night. Finally asked for new bedsheet so that i can do the job. Bedsheet was old and i could see through the sheet at some places. I am aware that if i use blue light, it might be disgusting to sleep but i am not used to sleeping in strangers hairs in the bed. I know it is not her fault doing the bed, but still i had to listen to an explanation that the cleaning lady might lose hair in the bad. she mentioned afro American, which now makes me think that is a bit racist to point this out. Coffee is not hot and they do not really care to fill the coffee tank. Anyway, i do not recommend. Too much to deal with

I asked to see a different room but it was the same. I called Orbitz who, in turn, contacted the hotel and was told we could stay one night and we'd be credited for the remaining three nights. Checked out the next morning but foolishly, did not ask for a final bill. BTW - the motel's "free breakfast" consisted of packages of instant oatmeal - but there were no bowls or insuated cups to accommodate - only thin water cups! After returning from the trip a week later, I checked my CC account to find we'd been charged the full amount. I contacted the hotel 2 times and the managers (one of which were named "Chandroy") were never available. The personnel lied to me and lied to Orbitz about the agreed upon refund because they are greedy, dishonest, and rude. I called Orbitz and after a long period of time and many email communications, they were able to refund part of my charges. Orbitz is the best. BTW - For the remaining three nights we booked "The Hillsboro powered by Sonder" which was a little more expensive but clean, lovely, and on the beach! Very nice. Please, please...for the sake of your health, safety, and sanity, do not consider staying at this motel from hell.

No but definitely a good bang for the buck, it's easier for you to read then for me to write a whole review. Hi Stephanie, My name is Janine D. I stayed at your hotel for just two nights, I've been in Florida since last Tuesday the 3rd. I have stayed at your hotel before and wanted to let you know a few things that I ran into while I was there, if you could forward to the hotel manager I would truly appreciate it. When I got there from Fort Myers on Monday and went into ask if my room was ready there was a gentleman with dark hair that said it wasn't and housekeeping was aware of that and I would receive a call or text when it was ready, I never received either. I went back at 4:30, the same young dark haired gentleman was on the phone, he was trying to get in contact with a housekeeping supervisor because someone had been trying to get in touch with them for three weeks, the gentleman got really mad at housekeeping and said "fuck you" and hung up on her, all this was going on while I wasn't acknowledged. I was shocked! After he finally was done with his little temper tantrum he didn't say I'm sorry about that or anything like that, he said can I help you? So I said who I was he gave me my room keys, there was no explanation about anything regarding parking, pool, beach etc. just here are your two bottles of water and you'll get two a day (never happened) his behavior was gross if I'm being honest. Now I'd like to mention a few things about my room, I stayed in room 602, the shower has black mold in it, and there is a constant sound of what sounds like an electric drill being used in the ceiling in the bedroom, to say this was an underwhelming experience is being kind. I won't be back, I'm a woman on disability and it takes me awhile to save for vacations, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Myers and there were no issues. I didn't even bother with breakfast this morning because yesterday, the waffle batter ran out as did the orange juice. As a person who used to be in management I wouldn't even know where to start with your establishment, I can tell you I cannot wait to sleep as the banging of the "drill" noise was awful! You are lucky that you have the gorgeous beach, I think that's what must keep you afloat, I'm not in the habit of writing such nasty emails but truly my stay at your hotel was awful from the start to end, one more thing I will mention, the elevator fit the garage didn't work which was a real pain in the neck and it would really make sense to have something about the times that the beach, pool etc and menu actually on paper, also someone should take a look at the menu, the spelling on it is really bad, again I'm sorry for all the negative comments but I actually could go on. I'm also going to add, that when I was there a few years ago there were always issues with the elevators, that is still the same! I had opened the slider when I got there and a maintenance guy came because I thought the cord was missing from the phone (but they are now cordless) and the guy literally started yelling at me because the ac was on and the slider was open at the same time and it could cause a flood in the first bathroom. The only saving grace to your hotel is the beach because the pool had young guys playing beer ping, little kids running around and babies screaming, it would be great to have an adult pool and a family pool, and if your out in the pool area beware of the crows! But back to the beach, it's clean, relaxing and it was nice that the guy who takes care of the chairs and umbrellas explained that there isn't food and drink service to the beach, that's very misleading in the signage! Its been a week since I wrote an email to the manager and still not a peep, very disappointed with Hilton.

Every question I asked about, no one working at The Boca Raton seemed to have a real answer for that solved a problem. The staff seem to make up answers on the spot. So service is 1/5. Facilities in the new renovated tower were nice but we paid upward over $2k per night that did not deliver the luxury of a $2k per night stay. I have stayed in more comfortable Hilton and Marriott's and even Airbnbs for far less. The sheets are not soft. The bed was not firm. The space was quiet though and the bathroom was nice. However toilet paper was the cheapest brand I've ever seen. So definitely far from luxury. Food 1/5. The snacks in the room and all over the resort for kids all had red dye and carcinogens. There is no care for healthy truly good quality food here. So you pay a premium for the cheapest food in America. I have seen most all businesses, even basic businesses, move away from fake junk food, dyed food and those with carcinogenic links, but not The Boca Raton. So we paid a lot for food that we never you touched. No organic options either. High pesticide load as well. I have to say overall this is an overpriced resort striving to be luxury without the ability to live up to luxury. Overcrowded. Overpriced. Pesticides and Carcinogenic. Poor quality. Poor service.
