The gift was going to Colorado. Since it was a "Christmas gift" I assumed that it would arrive timely or within a day or two. I emailed the company since I had no tracking number on the 23rd of December. Their response was they were preparing the order that day. Note: 5 days after placing the order, And I would receive a tracking number. Furthermore, they said there was a disclaimer regarding a delay in shipping. Well...I never heard a word back, so I went back to the website. I checked the pages that I visited and there was no indication that the "Christmas Gift" would not be shipped timely. I then went to the order tracking page, where I found the tracking number and at this point I learned the "Christmas Gift" would not be delivered until JANUARY 2, 2025! -That is 16 days from ordering date. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I am now extremely concerned about my order and if it is going to be what I ordered. That's why it was so frustrating to see the new police officer working September 12, 2026 around 7:45 PM turn away about 17 to 20 people (including myself) who were trying to get in about 15 minutes before the store actually closed. I've frequently been able to enter 5 to 15 minutes before closing in the past without any issues. Turning away that many customers is a huge hit to business, and honestly, the workers are there getting paid to work until closing time anyway--they want their paychecks to reflect that they worked right up until the doors shut. Moving forward, I really hope management speaks with this new security officer so regular customers aren't locked out early.
