Our faith in this facility has been rewarded tenfold. Whether in day care or boarding we can leave our dog and have full confidence that he will receive top quality care. His excitement on the route to day care is palpable--he can't wait to arrive and play with his friends. More importantly, the staff is nearly as excited to see him. Our dog goes there for daycare and we also use them for boarding. We have had all good experiences. The staff is so friendly. It always smells good in there (no easy feat). Brought him back next day because he was still puking so he gave him fluids and did xray but never told me what we would be paying. Went there today without ever hearing from him all day and when I went to get him the tech handed me my cat and said ok that's $450. My cat is still sick and he is saying it's a hairball. I had to demand to speak with the vet and see the X-rays to which he just explain that he had poop and a possible hairball which would need to work it's way out. I'm home with my cat who isn't eaten in 4 days and won't eat and is lethargic. The techs however there are very nice especially Dana, Jody and Erica. But talking to him and getting any straight answer is very difficult. I am now at Med vet with a very sick cat who puked all night !
