I used Ken for about 7 months off and on, and I can honestly say the experience for the amount he charges was poor and work is poor. Pool is left unclean, the baskets don't get emptied, and when I complained to Ken, he didn't say anything besides I'll take care of it. What does "I'll take care of it mean?" He didn't send the tech back out, didn't apologize but still charged me full price. I had to clean my own pool and bring back ph and chlorine levels to where they should be. This wasn't the first time it has happen where pool isn't properly cleaned, but I let it go a here and there, but had to say something eventually. Anyway, things happen and I know you can't control what your employees do, but you can control what you do as the owner. No apology, no remedy, but no issue charging full price. read more

My husband and I hired Ken's Company to maintain our pool/spa and his company is Awesome !! He's extremely honest, friendly and reliable. When we first moved here we were told by one company that we needed a 'New Heater'. We wanted a Second Opinion and called Ken and he sent out his 'guy, Steve'. He inspected the Heater and found that the 'Mother Board' had not been installed correctly and with a little adjustment, bam, it worked !!! Saved us money for sure !!
