Looking at it further I realized my mistake. The deluxe açaí bowl would have had the toppings I wanted for just $1 more. Their site used a third party delivery service, who only delivered my smoothie. The delivery driver stated the smoothie was the only thing he saw in my cubby, so that's what he grabbed. I called the store directly and they notified me that since the banana I ordered was a bit too ripe, they sat my flatbread aside, awaiting contact with the delivery driver to switch out my side item. The driver didn't confirm the full order at the store so it was unfortunately left behind. To my surprise, after a staff member made a quick call to their manager, they arranged for the manager to hand deliver my flatbread and an alternative side to my job! I was not expecting them to do this but I was extremely grateful for the effort they put in to make things right! This really made my day!
