They need to update the photo of the bowls they use to advertise their smoothie bowls. They are much smaller and shallow bowls. $16 is a crazy amount to pay for the amount they give you. The hardest thing to watch is seeing half of what you paid for still left in the blender. They only give you have of what they blend!!! The menu does not reflect the product. I got a bowl without granola listed on their menu, but was told all bowls come with granola. I asked to have it removed and the person working there was nice enough to remove it. I really wanted to this spot. However, the employees were so rude and lacked any sort of professionalism I walked out. They were out of frozen yogurt, and when I asked how it all worked they acted like I was a complete idiot. One employee was hardly dressed. Crop top, almost every employee was cracking inappropriate jokes and had earbuds in. Not to mention that you are going to hit me over the head for half a banana at $1.50 a pop and the bowl was already $15.00. This is a great concept. Poor leadership from the top with the hire and how this establishment is run. Don't go here. Walk across the street to Publix, buy a banana, blue berries, Greek yogurt or milk, some granola, maybe some honey if you're feeling crazy. Whip it up and for $20 you can make 6 of these bowls. Gave them a try Saturday morning and wasn't disappointed! The only reason for 4 stars is because I think the price/taste could be a little bit better but overall had a good experience! ***LOCATION*** Located on Hammond drive next to several other businesses. I love the location since I live nearby and can walk here. Parking isn't right out front. If you drive, you do need to park in the lot between this strip and El Azteca or in front, in the Publix shopping center. ***STAFF*** The girl that was at the register when I came in was so nice! She was very friendly and helped me figure out which smoothie my sister wanted (who had texted me a vague definition of what it was but I couldn't figure out the name of it haha). She was super quick and had the smoothies out in no time. ***DRINK*** For the smoothie itself, the size was huge! So I do feel like the price reflected the size accurately but I felt like my drink was very bland. My sister and I both thought they had no taste. On one hand, I'd much prefer no taste, than so much taste only due to sugar and extra unnecessary ingredients, but I think that they could maybe be tweaked a bit for the taste just to add more flavor. I got the Green RX and it just tasted like water. I'd love if it had a bit more pineapple or something like mango to just give it a little more flavor, since of course the spinach and kale won't add flavor. The point is to be healthy, but a little more fruit wouldn't hurt. My sister had the protein one (I already forgot the name) but it was first on the protein list. She also said there wasn't any flavor. I did feel full though so definitely a great meal replacement option for very few calories and the size was very sufficient. I wish they did have 2 sizes though - one for a full meal and a small one when you just wanted a snack. ***PRICE*** Again, the smoothie was huge so I feel the price was alright but compared to competitors it felt a little high when it lacked in flavor. I paid 22$+ for two smoothies. I think just adding a slight bit more flavor without adding added sugars or artificial flavor (just a little more fruit or honey or something) would make it completely worth it! I did feel that these were "cleaner" than competitors which is a plus! And maybe a smaller size option would also be perfect depending what you're getting the smoothie for. ***CONCLUSION*** I'll definitely be back since I was impressed with the size and how full they make you + the clean ingredients and low calories :) read more

I've tried acai bowls in the past and I never cared too much for them. I decided to try out Rush Bowls because I was craving something healthy and it was convenient to get to. Wow was I impressed. Newer to the Sandy Springs area, it's right by Lush Nail Bar and Grub Burger. There's a parking garage attached, so park in the garage and it'll take you right to the shops. So Rush Bowls has a variety of bowls to choose from. They have your typical acai bowls, enlightened bowls, comfort bowls (we're talkin peach cobbler, PBJ, graham berry, need I say more?), and adventure bowls. They also have a Bow Wow Bowl if you have a furry friend. They have a range of toppings and supplements you can add, most of which cost an additional $1. If you don't feel like chewing, they also have smoothies! I ordered online from their website via ChowNow for lunch (you get 20% off if it's your first time ordering online or via mobile) and my food was ready at just the right time when I arrived to pickup. We got the Dragon Bowl (but I opted to add honey instead of the normal chocolate sauce it comes with), Yoga Bowl (added extra fruit), and the Frost Fighter. So yeah, on first bite, I was like okay, this is pretty much a smoothie in a bowl. But as I kept eating, it became addicting. Each bite was filled with the perfect proportion of granola, honey, and fruity goodness. I was full halfway through, but I still finished it (and it kept me full until my normal dinner time). The Frost Fighter was also really good, just a little on the sweet side. Overall, I highly recommend Rush Bowls. Insanely friendly and prompt service. Easy location to get to.
