This is the third time I've had a missing item from this Tropical Smoothie location. The last time, an employee said the manager would call me back. He never did. 09/22/25 it happened again. I called and spoke with the manager, Jeremy. All I asked for was a refund for the wrap that never arrived. Instead of helping, he blamed DoorDash, even though the driver confirmed the smoothie was the only item left for them. (And for clarity: I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie website, which is powered by DoorDash.) Jeremy was extremely rude and told me I should stop ordering through the website essentially blaming me for using their own system. When I requested the owner's contact information, he refused to provide it. Then hung up on me! I am someone who orders from them once a week. I am so disappointed. I submitted a complaint on their website and still haven't received a response. Very unprofessional. I have been to several tropical smoothies and this was my first trOpica SMOOT time at this one. I went in to order food and he was preparing food with some plastic gloves on and then he came to help me and didn't take them off. He proceeded to touch the computer with them and then when I was about to tell him what I wanted, he touched his face with the gloves and was continuing to just touch the computer. That was the end for me. That is completely unsanitary and I will not eat here ever! If they do this in front of customers, I can only imagine what they do when they're not around. read more

Would not recommend this location. Little rd location is much better and has nicer employees. Employee who took my order struggled to find the options on the iPad and talked over me. She did not input my order correctly by forgetting one of the add ons for my smoothie and then proceeded to complain to another employee asking about my order "she had so much modifications" when all I asked for was no coconut and to add b12 and whey protein. Additionally I was almost over charged for more items that I had actually asked for. I was not satisfied with my experience nor the employees attitudes towards me. Overall wouldn't recommend this location. The drive to the little rd location is worth it. Additionally someone ordered after me and received their food first. Then when I received my food I asked for salsa and they could not find it to add to the order so I was told she would just put it in for me and then received my food and it wasn't there so I had to wait in line again and ask again to which I received attitude and then a "I'm so sorry" from the employee as i walked out. read more

I love other tropical smoothie locations, but the customer service and food products at this one is lacking. They are pretty fast to prepare food and smoothies, but no one ever greets customers when they walk in or when taking their order, from what I've seen the four times I've been here. The past two times I came here and ordered a flatbread, the chicken was cold (not just room temperature, but cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator). Unfortunately it ruined a sandwich that would have been delicious if warm. I also ate the sandwich as soon as they put it out in the counter, so it didn't have time to cool down. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. First of all, the workers looked very tired and overworked and there obviously weren't enough of them to efficiently run the store.
