I got the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea with 80% sugar, they did let me know that was the most the sugar could be reduced by & that was good to know. What made it worse was that a customer who ordered after us received their order before we did!!! Despite us only ordering one item. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no customer service at all. As more people started coming in, it was clear the staff couldn't handle even a small rush. Overall, very poor service and attitude. Definitely needs better management and training.
