I started going to Tropical Smoothie Cafes lately and really enjoy their Blueberry Bliss smoothies. There was an issue with the last order where I called them about the lack of bananas and they offered straight away to fix the issue. Upon receiving the replacement, the gentlemen was quite apologetic about the ordeal and overall service was great. The replacement was perfect! Thank you and I will be back. I am obsessed with smoothies and it's hard to find good ones! Tropical smoothie has lots of fun flavors including seasonal. The recent Apple Pie was delicious and I'm looking forward to the winter flavors. 1st time here earlier and definitely will be back! I ordered their Thai Chicken wrap and literally inhaled it in the car. It was massive, definitely packed with chicken, veggies, and a Thai peanut sauce. Opted for a banana as a side. $10! A tad expensive which is a good thing because if it was cheaper, I'd go every day. Not sure when this location opened but stopped by for lunch today at around 1:20. There were a few cars in the drive thru so we went inside. There are a few tables and most were in use. When we went to order we could only order smoothies for the next 20 or so minutes because they had so many orders from online, drive thru and in-house. So just ordered a smoothie, which was good. The menu has sandwiches, wraps, salads, flat bread and seems to want to be somewhat healthy but the smoothies do have some sugar in them. The smoothie size is massive, no way to get a smaller size. Their online menu doesn't really show any protein smoothies which is fine, but in comparison to Smoothie King then they're lacking here. The mango magic was good, but the portion size makes me enjoy it less. It eventually will give you heartburn if you are sensitive to fruit acid. The mocha madness was expected to be more coffee forward. Or even chocolate forward! But I got a severe aftertaste of banana which isn't listed on their ingredients for this smoothie, possibly residue from the previous blender ingredients. The Buffalo chicken wrap was lacking in flavor. The chicken wasn't seasoned except for the Buffalo sauce itself which wasn't spicy at all. It's grilled and not crunchy chicken so it did need a little crunch which you'd get from the lettuce if it wasn't wilted from the heat of the wrap itself. The strawberry chia lemonade tasted exactly as advertised. Tart. I got a chicken quesadilla too and it was actually pretty good, I would go back more for a quick lunch experience than I would their smoothies. read more

Can improve everything. I did a mobile pickup for a NUTELLA acai bowl and there was no Nutella. They also didn't give me half my order but still changed me the full amount. The açaí bowl also wasn't great. I'd save your money and go somewhere else. read more

This is a great option for a quick, semi-heathy breakfast! It's conveniently located right off of I-79 bridgeville exit. We get the blueberry bliss & triple oat smoothies. Always very good. They also offer add-in's like energy boost shots, fat burner, & protein to any smoothie. The food is surprisingly good for a "fast food" place. The southwest wrap is a medium size, nothing too heavy. On the smaller side but packs a lot of flavor. Sometimes we ask for extra egg to "beef it up". The All American Wrap is even smaller. Perfect for kids or somebody that's not super hungry. It's plain- egg and cheese in a wrap but even so- it's still delicious! Can't really go wrong. The chicken chipotle club flatbread is my all time favorite item on the menu. I order it for breakfast, lunch and dinner (whatever time I stop, that's my go-to). It tastes fresh and good quality. The reason for 4 stars is the size of the wraps. I think they'd be better if they were a bit larger. Also, the smoothies only come in 2 sizes- toddler size or gigantic. I'd love to have a medium option in the middle of the two. Other than that, great stop. The staff is always super friendly as well! read more

me and my daughter were on our way back from the hospital. She just got her wisdom teeth removed and was really wanting a smoothie so I checked the hours online and they close at nine we got there at 8:50, and yes, that's 10 minutes before they close but the lights were still on and the doors were still open and the girls were still in there so we went in and they ignored us for five minutes while talking on their microphones then came over and said we can't take you right now and I said don't you close at 9? She said well actually we do and still denied my service. I just think it's really unprofessional and she said even though it's before closing hours we still have everything closed up, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. very disappointing. I liked the grilled chicken and grilled shrimp flat breads a lot.I am definitely going to come back.Not sure why this business has got these bad reviews, May be it is not good as compared to other franchises , I don't know, the taste is what matters most to me.But looks like they need to work on some of the service aspects , so people would enjoy the great food better! read more

The smoothies don't taste natural. Seems like a bunch of purées. A smoothie joint should be natural fruits and veggies. The chicken tastes like pre grilled and frozen chicken. The worst chicken ever. Those of you who have had this at other places know what I mean. I will not come back. read more

Terrible service. I'm a doordash driver and it always takes them so long to give me any attention or even an an opportunity to ask them to get my order.
