The food used to be good, healthy and fast. However the last 2 times I went to pick up "curbside" their service has been horrible. Today something previously ordered on their app, it sees like the beavis and butthead they have attending the place don't care, they took care first of every single person who went to drive through before my order, after 30 minutes of wait they told me I have to get down to the store to pick up the order, while a have a toddler inside the car and it was 101 degrees outside. I will never go back to this place and will recommend it very one I know to don't even consider this place. Horrible customer service read more

I have stopped at this place three times out of convenience, and it got worse every time. Food and smoothies are just as good as any other location, but this one has got to be the slowest I have ever been to. With only one other car in front of me, I was in line for about 30 minutes the first time. Second and third times were closer to an hour with two cars ahead of me. Service is just horrible. This last time the guy practically threw the food into my window. Make the drive to the other location in Brownsville, it will be well worth it. read more

Honestly the food is okay and the smoothies are good. BUT DON'T ORDER INSIDE. They only focus on the drive thru. I sat inside waiting on a chicken salad sandwich (nothing else) for 50minutes. I totally got my money back on the sandwich. Don't waste your time in the restaurant. Eat here at the risk of your time. They need to move it along with their service or hire more people. They were multiple times that I've been there. Sometimes in the drive thru and sometimes dine in but costumer service is awful, if you seem indecisive the cashier makes you faces and leaves you without telling you "tell me when you're ready" or just make suggestions, they leave you hanging and when you're ready they're rude and I need to wait an extra 5 min to get attended. The service is also very slow when there is practically nobody in the store because the employees are always talking to each other, and when I got my smoothie it still had chunks of ice and tasted like water with spinach and kale, like really? I've spend all of this time and my money to get a water down smoothie and a cold buffalo wrap. Um no thanks. And this happens almost every time I go. Definitely last time I'll go, I'm tired of giving this place opportunities. read more

The food tastes good, they had pretty fast service and the smoothies are monstrous. Personally I felt the smoothie was too big but it did taste good. This is a nice place but don't think you are getting healthy food because everything is really high in calories. For the same amount of calories you get in a Thai chicken wrap, and smoothie, you could go have a Whataburger. read more
